Not sure what they are called but I can't do the moves where you grab the player and kill him. I thought I had to hold down melee. Is there certain way you have to do it?

I think you have to hold down melee when you're behind him.

Love the multi-player game more then ever. Have yet to see the Warthog or Ghost though.

AS far as maps go I miss High Ground,Last Resort and Valahalla from H3. Beaver Creek was my favorite from H2. Good to see Ascension again.

Someone remade Beaver Creek through Forge World. I have yet to play it though.

I really enjoy Halo's approach to multiplayer. By no means am I a top contender, but I do ok. The thing that just floors me is how well everything is handled. The stats, the ability to record, fileshare, matchmaking and then the game running pretty damn smooth during peak time is so impressive to me.
Being kind, one to another, never disappoints.

                  Auto Mute Feature

May I make a suggestion regarding the first piece of advice? Reach has a setting just for you:

Start > Audio Video > Matchmaking Voice > "Team And Party"

It's softer than the XBL global stranger mute, since you may actually want to hear your teammates sometimes. I use it myself.

As for the general woes of voice on XBL, we (Bungie) have added an "Auto Mute" mechanism that notices, warns, and eventually defaults players to being Muted when they enter games if they are muted by enough people over a period of time. There's some other stuff in there to prevent cabals of players from maliciously muting, but you get the basic idea. It's better than a straight up voice ban as you can always un-mute a punished teammate if you don't mind opening Pandora's box.

I know it is only a day old, but has anyone found a good source of created maps (besides in game)? I thought Forgehub.com was good for Halo 3...

To each his own but I didn't care much for High Ground or Last Resort in Halo 3 (though I did like Zanzibar in Halo 2, which is what became Last Resort in Halo 3). As for Valhalla, I liked that map too but Hemorrhage (aka Blood Gulch) basically does the same thing. I too am glad to see Ascension.

Does anyone else feel like The Cage is a little too jetpack friendly. I feel like the jet pack gives a much larger advantage than any other power does there.

The only Halo 3 map I wish had transferred over/been remade was The Pit. Easily my favorite level from H3, and I definitely wish it was in this one.

Other than that, I don't really mind any of the maps but Pinnacle. Don't really love any of them, either, but I can play whatever.

I feel the same way about the maps. So far I have liked Reflection the best followed by Boardwalk.

The Pit will be very easy to remake in Forge World, and considering it's popularity, it's only a matter of time before it's made by somebody and put into matchmaking by Bungie.

The Pit was one of the few maps I liked in Halo 3. One of the reasons I didn't play it that much was because most of the maps were bad.
