    Re: Old forgotten games

I've got a copy of Shenmue 2 staring me in the face but i just can't do it. Particularly having to start over from the beginning. The pacing is too slow and I can't invest that time these days knowing that the story is unfinished and achievement less lol.

Also Flashback for the sega genesis was a very unique game. I was addicted to that back in the early 90's.

Speaking of Flashback type games, I was hooked on Blackthorne.

          Oh yeah!

          Road Rash 3D

I dearly wish this series continued! It would rival the Full Auto series perhaps.

Oh man! I remember that game! I loved it!

There was another game that looked very similar to that correct? It was made by the same company?

Anything done by Koei on NES and SNES. The original Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Nobunagas Ambition, Gem of fire etc.... I spent so much time trying to crush Cao Cao :-)

                    Shining Force II was great.

Anyone remember Landstalker? It was 75 bucks when it came out. One of my all time favorites:

                    Return of the Mack

Sim City 4 + mods is one of the most addicting and most enduring games I have ever played. I still throw it in my PC every so often.

The same can be said for Rome: Total War.

As for REALLY old games: my roommate and I have been playing a ton of Super Tecmo Bowl lately.

And this was one of the hardest games I ever played on NES back in the days. Ghost & Goblins!
