me and my bro were actually play GTA 3 2 weeks ago cause the 10th anniversary and we where talking about the characters in the game as we played.

I remember the **** like crazy now and all i can think of now is.......








is that Donald Love?

he did disappear in GTA 3 and that would explain the weather thing.............

According to IGN, it is suppose to be all three cities from GTA: SA.

As far as a release date, I would say September/October 2012. Max Payne 3 comes out next March so that would rule out Spring.

Yeah that is the only thing I can think of that would make sense out of that comment especially if its Tommy V which is probably my favorite GTA protagonist of all of them. Criminal life finally caught up to him and had to move to another warm all year round climate. So don't expect different weather in this GTA installment folks.

IIRC, the second island in Vice City was inaccessible because of hurricane weather/warnings. I don't think L.A. faces those issues. Maybe that's the difference between the two when it comes to the atmosphere.

and what was hit very hard in the real recession?

Gotta love the GTA forums. Breaking down everything. Didn't think about gun customization. Ak47 with a silencer. I knew it was a AK but didn't think it had a silencer on it.

I wish I could join in with all the excitement but I'm just not all that pumped up about returning to an old setting.

I'm sure it will be a great game but I would have preferred a new location.

Big difference is the bump in graphics. I'm not mad at all. It'll actually be nice to revisit a location in a video game for once.

I have to agree that I lack the excitement of returning to an old city.

The only thing that will get me excited is if they include the over the top glitz and glamour of Hollywood to give Los Santos a fresh take.

The graphics do look great though and I really hope that it is Tommy, because his character and Ray Liotta's voice acting was my favorite of the series by far.

I mean IF it comes out in the Spring [with MP3 coming out i HIGHLT doubt it tho] does Rockstar give it to Nintendo for a few months ala PS2?

The moment you mentioned the wii I lost interest.

To answer you, not a chance in hell. I doubt that nintendo even releases a rumor of a wii release.

Also tattoos are more than likely in. I don't think that was CJ running from the cops because, he looks quite old. Unless that is like the older CJ lol. I wouldn't mind that, have a bunch a classic characters playing as them as they have become older if the multiple character theory becomes true.

So this is supposed to be modern day? That's what it appears with all the recession signs, but I liked Vice City and San Andreas as time pieces.

The choice seemed kinda obvious. Everyone's fav has been GTA:SA up till this point. If they simply remade that game for the 360 and PS3, I'm sure some would be just as excited. Instead, we get the culture and land diversity of San Andreas back with a new story and plenty of detail. I'm hyped.
