According to the link Blzer posted, there's supposed to be new content/material in the game when it drops for PS4/XBO.

Shouldn't really be surprised because it is R* and for the most part, have a good rep when it comes to their games. It's just like if they were to re-release RDR for NG, people would go and buy that again even if all they did was improve the graphics.

Where are the damn heists man? And them releasing a remastered RDR 5 years later is a bit different then them remastering GTAV 12 months later.

Unless we talking about Ballad of Gay Tony Lost and Damned sized extra content, I dont see a single reason why Rockstar deserves more money (from me that is) for the same game. But they did add more blades of grass and more furry dogs. Thats nice.

This coming from the biggest Rockstar Games mark ever btw.

Reason being that the experience that was on PS3 and 360 SHOULD HAVE BEEN for next gen.

Also i finished about 20% of the game and basically said WHY Rockstar WHY couldnt this be in better fidelity on PS4....

Now? Im SUPER HAPPY

Now wait Rockstar had been working on GTA V since they finished 4 and the PS4 and Xbox One didn't exist at the time that they started working on V. So why would they just ditch the huge amount of people that still had a 360 and PS3 when this launched last year?

Speaking for myself, I couldn't give a damn about Heists or Online Play in this game or any game since I'm a SP guy anyway so I have no problem buying it again. Did the samething with 2K even during its struggle years, did it with Sleeping Dogs, Max Payne, etc.

Gta online is so awesome. I'll replay single player next gen but I'm buying this again for online play.

I will definitely be buying this again on the PS4. The game is THAT good and it's my $$.

-Also the inclusion of more vibrant wilderness is too good to pass up!

Well, the last couple days the online missions aspect of GTA online has been removed from the cell phone, and inaccessible at the Start menu. Scuttebutt online is that this preparation for the implementation of heists at long last.

I'll believe it when I see it.

So you can't do missions online? Only thing I do when I play right now is use the "on call" function in the cell phone.

Think im going to trade in my 360 copy this week when I pick up borderlands. Can still get 20 for it now. I don't usually trade in games but it makes sense to trade this one in. No use having a 360 and One version.

I've tried it the last 2 nights, and Join Contact Mission on your phone is gone, and missions are disabled if you try to join one through the Join Job prompt. Missions are all I play as well.

Damn that sucks. I was probably giving this game a break until the One version anyways but this makes me feel better about trading it in next week now.

Gta online is so awesome. I'll replay single player next gen but I'm buying this again for online play.

It's a lot of fun when you finally get in a good lobby or job but the interface is a disaster. Races, etc. were so much better in GTA IV cause you could jump from race to race with a full lobby so quickly.

We usually just do contact missions. Calling lester, Martin etc for jobs. I rarely play gta looking to race.

Visiting LA and Santa Monica for the first time. Amazing how well they recreated the area. Drove my wife crazy talking about how I had already been to various places and committed various random acts of violence.

I am slowly getting the same excitement I had when the game initially released back. I'm starting to go to the Rockstar newswire on a near daily basis and looking at the date and counting down the days. Definitely will be picking this up on PS4 and then more than likely the PC too.
