Ugh, now I don't know what version to get

I really want a good group of guys to play as it does seem that 360 friends I have kind of die off quickly when it comes to online shooters. Anybody have a PS3 copy now that can comment on how smoothly it plays on the PS network?? As long as it's not bogged down with lag, I may go that route.....decisions decisions!!

I'm suprised my Gamestop had over 300 pre-orders. Work in the morning is gonna be BRUTAL!!!

my local store has 250+ sometimes but only for blockbusters.

Could be this is just hitting at that sweet spot timing and it does look like a good experience.

I pre-ordered at Best Buy because I had a $20 gift card and I needed a headset which was the special they had. The nice thing about NOT getting this at midnight is that I will get a good nights sleep and then at noon Tuesday I will leave work and let the gaming begin!!

I thought the # was pretty high when he told me but it was the Store Mgr and he has always been straight up with me. Still the # seems high. 125 would have been more believeable.

I think I am gonna pass on picking mine up tonight. I tired after a long day at work and going to my sons/daughter March Madness B-ball games this evening. Have to be at work at 6:45 in the morning and if I pick this up tonight I will be worn out at work all day and then probably to tired when I get off. Gonna get a good nights rest and just pound it after work.

Make sure you guys post the impressions as it will give me something to read at work.

Between this, Tiger Woods 11, Crysis 2, and Mortal Kombat, I'm gonna have a whole lot of gaming to do. Crazy thing is, I USUALLY do most of my gaming in the winter and am outside most of the springtime and summer. Looks like I'll be doing the complete opposite to start off this year. Lol.

I don't necessarily play strategically as we constantly flank and all that stuff, but me and a friend love playing BC2 together and always stick together taking out tanks, doing the objectives, and reviving/giving out ammo. We use communication too, but we're not that serious. We usually finish near the top, but if we are having terrible games, we will complain, but we won't sit there and scream like your average CoD player.

My cousin and I are getting this for the 360. We would definitely be down to hop into parties with anyone on here and play together. In BC2 we used to team snipe to cover our teammates, but I personally prefer to be on the frontlines of the battle. Nothing like knowing the group you are playing with worked together and is personally responsible for getting the win.

I haven't looked forward to a shooter in a while like this. I usually get the CoD games just because thats what my friends get, but this one with the story and different aspects to multiplayer, has me excited.

Sounds good to me. That's usually how I play. Being in the Army, I try to be a little more tactically from time to time. Lol.

Getting ready to head to Wal-Mart now to pick this up. I'm gonna try to invest at least a couple hours in this tonight. Here's hoping it lives up to my expectations. Lol
