MY fish died anyway, I forgot to have Kelly feed them.

Mine died right before she offered to feed them...I still told her its okay to go feed em anyways haha.

I'm glad that I had it pre-ordered since June, I've seen a lot of people today talk about how they tried to get one but it was sold out.

Yea. Me too. Some games I don't play with when it comes to pre-orders. Mass Effect 3 is such a game.

BioWare and EA have put considerable time and effort into making this game...I figure its either loads of DLCs (which I'll buy) or pay extra for the game at retail.

Guy in the video makes some excellent points, but there is nothing to do but take it. This is what the business has become unfortunately. Even if i do end up spending $70 or $80 on this game. I would spend that easily in one night out at the city, and this lasts way longer, so....

I don't think I've ever been more excited for a game in my entire life. I don't know if I can't wait until the 6th. I may go insane.

Never had a game make me care about the characters like Mass Effect has. Truly a remarkable series.

Anyway, about the DLC:

I am not a fan of them charging for THIS DLC. If it was some obscure race like the Hanar, Drell, etc. I wouldn't really care about paying for it, but a Prothean? A race that was supposedly extinct, and people are made to pay for this? That character is a serious game-changer for the storyline, considering the Reapers "wiped" them out.

...but oh well. I understand why EA is doing it. They've got us by the balls with this one, and they know it. ME has likely the most loyal fan base of any game series ever, including me, and you'll bet your *** I'll pay for it.

Damn. It's ridiculous to have day one DLC that you have to pay for. The worst part is? I love this series so much I will buy it without a second thought.

Bioware knows that Mass Effect fans will buy every single DLC for ME3. Not only will we buy it, but we will ask them to make more DLC. Then buy that.

They know that anything with the words Mass Effect attached to it people will buy. Smart business.

I've had the CE pre-ordered since last year, I don't see this as a huge issue. The adverts from day one for the CE mentioned such a character. Games like L.A. Noire, Red Dead Redemption, and even the Assassin's Creed series have done this. It's an incentive to make people buy the CE.

Also, I'm amazed at the outright hate for Bioware in the Youtube comments and other gaming sites I visit. This isn't going to be Fallout 3 people, where you had to pay 10$ for the ending of the game in the form of DLC. As for the Boycott Group mentioned in the Youtube comments, remember what happened with the MW2 one?
