It's either Zero or Mya for me. I'm hoping that if I do use Zero, he's better than Mordecai was to me. Pretty sure he will be as his sword should be awesome. I'd rate the characters from the first game:

Wow, totally disagree. Mordecai was awesome, especially as the Bloodwing got upgraded more and more.

I disagree too but it comes down to play style, finding a build to suit it, and getting a great weapon drop that fit both of those. For me Mordecai and scoped revolvers was beast for me.

Wow, totally disagree. Mordecai was awesome, especially as the Bloodwing got upgraded more and more.

Honestly I think that was part of the problem I had with the Bloodwing. It took much longer for it to become as good as the other abilities imo.

Brick and him are pretty much tied for me because for whatever reason, Brick got less awesome as the game went on it felt.

I'll also say that Roland would probably move down if I was playing alone.

And that's probably why Lilith is way out in front as my number one. I love elemental weapons my SMG is pretty much a flamethrower with her, plus having the ability to get to better position without resistance is awesome.

Is there an official announcement somewhere? The gearbox ceo said "by Oct 16th" in the interview so it could come sooner. Either way, it's way earlier then 60-90 days after release that was first stated.
