Is the planet cracker the same as the PC? Im so lost. I wish each gun had a bio section. Just got to my first work bench.

Edit: anyone else playing on hard? Im getting a lot of drops hope it doesnt last.

Seems like the reviews were pretty polarizing with this one. I think I'll like it no matter one though. I'm in the middle of playing 2 and love it.

not unless you want to pay 9.99 for the online pass. So I would probably say yes as the game comes with one.

I got into the Mass Effect trilogy very late, and I frankly love it.

Is this series comparable in any way? Seeing 3rd person shooter and "space" ... so I have to ask.

I just touched cloth. My wife is not going to be happy on laundry day. Damn a50 headset and things falling from the ceiling. When my wife goes to bed, I WILL NOT BE PLAYING THIS.

I'll wait to pick this up at a lower price somewhere down line. Thought the demo was decent, but the demo seemed to indicate that the game had moved further away from the horror genre, towards straight up action game territory. Sitting at 80 on Metacritic, while that is still decent, it is the lowest metacritic score for the series.

Seems to be the case with this gen and will probally be the case moving forward, unique type of games are either few and far between, or the ones that are unique get turned more mainstream with each installment. Not that there haven't been great games this generation, though.

Other than being a 3rd person and involving space, they don't have much in common. Two different types of series.

I get more of a lost planet feel than that dead space, fml, take heart rate breaks at every save point feel.

Im not far in the game but am having fun. I think there are several issues though:
Too many people. Music isnt as influential.

EA is removing pretty much all game play videos from Youtube that isn't a sports game, flagging it for copy right. They started doing that back when Mass Effect 3 came out. If EA name is anywhere on the game, don't upload it to youtube, you get flagged within an hour.

They don't care if you full partnered or not.

I'm prob just going to buy it used, buy the pass for 10 bucks then return it in 7 days to get my 60 back. Only going to be paying 10 bucks.

By the demo, this game feels like a mix between Lost Planet & Gears of War, definitely nothing special.
