Yeah. Game downloaded. Checked the game information and it show 20gb. I also fired it up before I went to work and I was able to launch the game. I'm good. Was thinking it has something to do with psn being up and down. Was just curious.

        Re: Watch Dogs

First of all...this game is amazing!! I think I've only done the first couple of missions, the rest of my time has been breaking up crimes, hacking npc's for some cash, causing "accidents" peeping into folks private lives...lol and so on and so on...lol

The driving is just flat out awesome, hacking stuff as you go is an absolute blast and watching the carnage from behind the car....I'm also playing on "realistic" difficulty and have died more than I care to admit...lol I like it though,as you can't go into a mission all "Rambo" like.

Oh 1 thing though....I thought there was a setting to only have friends invade your game...am I missing something here?

Just thought I'd share some of the beauty I've encountered so far......

Also really like the driving. The car models are fantastic. The interior detail sen when you open the door is a top touch. Graphically game is well done. I think the criticism may be due to textures, otherwise the detail and colouring is top notch. The way things explode is awesome. I like to drive through the glass bus stops and watch the glass shatter.

One silly funny thing is detonating a power board or meter in the ground as a pedestrian goes by haha. The first time was purely coincidental and had me laughing. After that is was for pure amusement.

I cant bring myself to get to the next mission because i am having too much fun doing whatever comes.
Are you on PC or console, just curious

The few hours I had with the game were very fun. Still don't know when I can start online hacking. Thought I completed the first 2 missions. . Either way I'm sure it will unlock soon enough.
Very happy with the purchase so far.

                EDIT: Fixed auto correct.. lol

Well **** it, going out at lunch to buy this, haha. I'm sure, even on 360 it will be awesome. I suppose it helps that I haven't even touched a next gen console, so at least I don't know what I'm missing

Thanks for the impressions (you and everyone). First preordered game in a while and I've been a little worried lol

Nothing to worry about though, this sounds like my type of game exactly. Love the twist it seems to give the open world. Can't wait to snoop on people and just walk around messing with lights

My excitement level for this has been all over the place since we first saw it at E3. After that roller coaster of ups and downs I'm ready for some Watch Dogs.

                            Re: Watch Dogs

I also managed my first successful hack of another player, set myself up in a little alley on a ledge around the corner from him, started my hack, once the area got narrowed down at 50% hack complete, I dropped down from the ledge and set up against the wall corner looking at the main street where he was frantically looking for me. Come 90% it narrows down to the alley I'm hiding in, the guy ran RIGHT past me and I sneaked out the alley from the same direction he came without him turning to see me, by then it was too late.

                            SOOOO MUCH FUN!

Someone asked earlier what the home/privacy invasions are like, really it's just hacking into their apartment and you watch a little cutscene play out til you get a network intrusion detected timer count down and eventually kick you out. the couple I've done so far have been pretty hilarious.

I've also managed to take out a couple gang hideouts, and a couple convoys as well. I just love that the side activities in this are actually all different, unique and engaging.

I'm also playing on realistic so it really makes you have to be careful in firefights because one or two good shots and you're toast. It's made hacking CTOS centers challenging because really you don't want 10 guards on you all shooting.

Like I said earlier, this will likely be my GOTY just based on the fun factor it's got going for it.

Jury is still out on the actual story line, not expecting anything amazing there, but the rest of the game is just so much awesome that even if the story ends up not being the best ever, I think I'll be a ok with that.
