Nice job. I had one like that too where the other player ran right by me.

Just a tip...don't even bother pulling your gun out when you're the one carrying out a hack or tail - if you hurt your target you'll fail immediately and lose notoriety. Even if you get profiled and have to abandon the hack, if you can get away safely you'll at least earn some points.

The only time you're allowed to kill is after profiling an invader.

Edit: Saw it before you made it private I guess...lol. If you want others to be able to see the video but don't want the unnecessary attention on Youtube, set the video to "Unlisted". We'll still be able to see the embed here on the site.

I've spent an hour and a half...

Literally an hour and a half trying to espace from the police on a stolen car retreival mission.

Even when in the offchance I have eventally evaded them, they send out a CtOS scan directly afterwards (you see yellow circles on your mini map) and I THEN get caught again because I have no idea what to do when that happens.

I need help. These are easily the hardest to evade cops in the history of video games. GTA V was terrible but this feels impossible.

Help.

Even when in the offchance I have eventally evaded them, they send out a CtOS scan directly afterwards (you see yellow circles on your mini map) and I THEN get caught again because I have no idea what to do when that happens.

I need help. These are easily the hardest to evade cops in the history of video games. GTA V was terrible but this feels impossible.

Help.

I've actually had pretty good luck evading the cops so far, but small sample size. The first time I was pretty much pinned down on a bridge in a car that was smoking with cops coming from both directions. I jumped over the side of the bridge and into the water and was immediately out of site. Then I just swam to safety.

The second time I had a chopper following me and was driving a pickup so pretty much no chance but was stuck because my health was low. I got enough space and jumped into an extremely fast car and just outran them fairly easily.

Have you been using your skill points? The various infrastructure hacks are the main tools for escaping the cops.

As for the yellow search circles...just try to stay out of them as much as you can. As long as you're not getting caught by one right after another you should be okay, the percentage drops when you're not in one of the zones. There's also one hack that can deal with this too, I believe.

Good luck...it's definitely not easy to get away from them by normal means, but Aiden's anything but normal.

Oh, and I haven't done the mission you're talking about yet, I don't think. That's just general suggestions.

Time seriously flies when you play this game. I just logged another 2-3 hours without even doing a story mission. Didn't even realize it had gotten dark outside, it's almost 9 o clock here now.

Graphically I give it a 8.2

Not bad, pretty decent graphics overall. If I had to list my top 5 best looking games on the PS4 so far it would probably be right outside the top 5.

Gameplay I give it a 9.8

Just outstanding fun. I really like that going the "stealth route" can still involve blowing things up and causing mass chaos. I like how I enjoy finding every way I can to accomplish something without pulling a gun out first.

Really awesome game.

Have had some MP difficulties, which is of course expected on launch day.

I had one guy invade me, he hid underneath a highway overpass in the dark and was very hard to see (is there a flashlight you get eventually?) but I was able to pick up the glow from his cell phone eventually. I invaded someone and din't know what I was doing, got dominated. I had someone challenge me on the mobile app. I lasted like 2 checkpoints into the race, really didn't know what I was doing and just looked silly. That was right after I unlocked that stuff after the story mission, since then I have tried matchmaking but it keeps saying session no longer available or something like that. I am sure that will smooth out soon for me.

I left a grand somewhere that I think was called V alley or something like that, friends only. I would have left more but a G seems like the max. Not sure what the point is of all that but its there if anyone goes by it.

There's a lot going on in this game. Really well done.

For the guys who said evading is easy and for the guy who said hes having trouble, what difficulty are you on?

I recently switched it back to Realistic from Hard. I find my only chance is to avoid the yellow circles like the plague and if I get caught I have to do loops looking for those things that come out of the ground or a bridge I can raise up.

I think a purple zone appears on the minimap, same as the blue one for hacks. It doesn't shrink, though - the tailer has to follow the other player wherever they go, after all.

I'm pretty bad at defending, but I've been successful on the attack several times now on both hacking and tailing.

I was watching someone streaming the game a few days. In the sidebar chat it was mentioned that the 360 and PS3 versions do NOT have free roam mode. Is this true??

I have not heard much about this game until recently and thinking very seriously about getting it on the 360. Having free roam would be nice but not a deal breaker I guess

So I put it on Normal. Mission Complete.

I guess when I read "Realistic" difficulty I expected something different. I don't know, something realistic. LOL!

Quickly find that sometimes the best option is to run the hell away. Outnumbered 15 to 1 with a damn heli flying overhead, at night, with poor visibility and next to no hacking options? Yeah. Makes zero sense to try and Commander Shepard it.

I hightailed it outta there, caught someone in a roadblock thing and just had to find a good straight away then duck under some bridges to lose the heli.

Fun game so far.
