Re: Destiny
I don't think trading should happen either. This is a loot based, not experience based game. If trading were in, someone new to the gane with an experienced friend could hit max level in like 7 hours.

Re: Destiny
Why should you care, as a player, how fast another reaches max level? Bungie's motivations in keeping no trading are obvious, but why do you care?
As is now, it takes no more than a weekend to reach end game level soooo? It confuses me why users act like they are bungie themselves. You said best, this game is about loot. Let people trade their loot. What is the point of loot if not for collecting, using, and trading?Last edited by kingkilla56; 07-28-2015, 04:05 PM.Comment

Destiny
I have been using Eidolon Ally and Hardlight to level them up for the incoming buffs... Those guns are virtually useless. It's a shame how bad high fire rate low impact weapons were neutered... Can't wait for the buff to the auto rifles!

Re: Destiny
Similar boat here.
Just switched to Xbox and I might get this game but I don't want to buy it now and then have to re buy everything when the Taken King is released. What is my cheapest option to get Destiny, DLC 1 & 2 now while also being able to ONLY get the TK later when it is released?Comment

Re: Destiny
You can buy a physical copy of the vanilla version pretty cheap.Similar boat here.

I'm hesitating on buying DLC 1 and 2 now, because I'm not sure if that content is accessible to me at level 20. I figure I can just grind on vanilla for a while and buy the TTK bundle, which would be $15 cheaper than buying all of the DLC, separately.XBL: Mean Greene

Re: Destiny
If you prepurchase the 80 dollar Taken King edition on psstore or xbstore, you can download Destiny and the current two DLCs now, digitally. Then you get the TK download in September. Comes with a few exclusive items.
You can wait for September and buy the 60 dollar physical Taken King version which comes with Destiny and all 3 DLCs.
Or you can buy the two currently available DLCs for 20 bucks each, then pay 40 bucks for TK in september.
I recommend the first option if you really really want to play The Dark Below and House of Wolves now. More bang for your buck imo. But if you can wait, you cant go wrong with the 60 dollar physical version of Taken king.
And I think I read somewhere where you will need TDB and HOW to play Taken King which is why they have the 60 dollar bundle. I may be wrong about that though.Comment
