Re: The Witcher 3
Holy **** these side quests! How can decisions as big as these not be main quests?
Triss and Dijkstra stuff:
SpoilerChoosing Triss as my one and only and safely transporting the mages? Siding with Dijkstra in conspiring to kill Mc-Douche Radovid because he wants to kill all non-humans?
This game is so damn incredible. I haven't even been to Skellige yet! LOL!
I can't believe I just spent 3 hours playing side quests in Novigrad that have stories so damn epic as these.
I don't know what to do and I couldn't be any happier.

Re: The Witcher 3
Finding it difficult to play during the week.
I know I'll sit and play for hours so I'm trying to hold out for the weekend.
I think it's helping me keep myself at a decent pace so I don't blow through the story too fast (if that's even possible) and it still keeps me from neglecting some other pick up and play games I have that I would otherwise neglect.
I see you guys talking about Gwent and how much you enjoy it, but I haven't really enjoyed it that much. It's most likely due to a lack of understanding. I'm not good at it and I've lucked my way into the two wins I have that were related to story objectives.
It's nice that they spent a lot of effort on a mini game, but I wish It wasn't tied to my Quest list.
Anyone D/L the free PS4 theme ?Last edited by AUChase; 06-10-2015, 06:11 AM.Comment

Anyone D/L the free PS4 theme ?It might seem daunting to learn, but it's really not that bad. I'm usually the type to totally blow this kind of mini-game off and ignore it, but Gwent is just so much fun. I don't have any links but I'm sure there's a guide or two out there that can lay out the details for you. It's so worth it to learn it, plus like you said some quests require you to.
I'm also using the theme and really like it.Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
Gwent may not be for you, I know that card games are not really for me. However, I would recommend that you play 10 or so games and collect more cards. It gets incredibly deep, but at the same time very approachable. Cards like decoys, spies and medics really add tons of strategy. It is an obsession dor me. Can't wait to enter the tournament in Novigrad.Finding it difficult to play during the week.

Re: The Witcher 3
Fixed that. It's been on PS4 for a while.
Unless this is a new and improved 1.04. These separate patches and numbers for everything are confusing a bit.Last edited by Mabster; 06-10-2015, 09:34 AM.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

Re: The Witcher 3
That's gonna help improve some decks and get some of those 1 & 2 strength cards out. Neutral character cards aren't effected by weather or horn calls though so stacking your deck with them can lead to some alternate strategies.Oakland Athletics San Jose Sharks

Re: The Witcher 3
It's hero cards that are immune to effects, neutral cards are the ones that can be used in any deck.
These aren't new cards either, just new art for existing cards. There also is no new way to acquire them, it just changes the art. (All this according to some other site)Comment

Re: The Witcher 3
I'm all about that Triss.
I haven't met up with Yen yet either so who knows how that will play out. Right now I have no feelings one way or another about Yen. Coming from TW2 there's more history with Triss for me.
Currently, Keira and Triss are both chilling at Kaer Morhen. I'm curious how all that turns out.
