Just got my neon powers....really cool. Do I get my smoke power back though? So much more satisfying for blowing up APCs and fortifications w/smoke.

I can't seem to recall them really explaining why he can suddenly absorb smoke again, I just remember it happens not too long after getting neon.

Beat the game on full good, and loved every second of it, except this:

I hate when games give you awesome things to do AT THE END OF THE GAME. You get concrete powers from Augustine, perhaps one of the best powers in the game, and you have it just long enough to beat her. Yeah, you get to run around the city getting to 100% after that, but come on.

I just got it last night, but look for satellite dishes with screens. I think they're the blue marks on the radar.

Its nice just strolling up to a heavily guarded area complete with two helicopters and walking away intact.

I agree! I really liked the R1 power you get there. I used to to go around blasting protesters and street musicians since I already completed the game as full Hero and it wouldn't hurt me to now cause a little chaos. lol

You mean to absorb in order to refill your gauge? Store windows around town on the street level have some TVs in them you can use, and then there are also some little satellite dish things on roofs you can use, like the ones that propel you in the air. You can't use all of those, but some have little computer monitors attached to them that you can use to drain.

Maybe I am in a odd district but I can never find any TV's! I didn't know about the satellite dishes though

My only lasting complaint about the game is I can't turn off/adjust the HUD. At the very least I would like to turn off the radar.

I agree, my thoughts on powers:

I was thinking the same thing. I just beat my first play-through last night (Hero, normal difficulty) and as I start my evil-expert difficulty run I keep thinking how nice it would be to have that from the start or at least at some point during the main game. It made me regret clearing the districts first.

If I had to review the four powers I would probably say:

From favorite to least favorite:

Neon: My second favorite travel power, favorite for single target attacks (boss fights and whatnot). Overall probably the best looking of the power sets IMO, has the best "ultimate attack" or whatever we are supposed to call the d-pad down

Concrete: Second coolest looking imo, not the best for traveling across the city but at least you look cool doing it. Would be cool to have this during the main campaign early on.

Smoke: Great area damage/area control, movement can flow right into combat. Looks pretty cool IMO.

Video: My favorite travel power, but that's about it. I am not a fan of the look or of the angels/demon summoning. The melee is strong but I would rather use neon for everything else. Turning invisible and taking guys out like that just doesn't make me feel like a badass.

I had a harder time finding them too, part of the reason I didn't use that power too much except for right after acquiring it. Traveling with it was nice though. Just harder to see where to drain from even when you are near the marker on the map.
