I feel the same, not sure what it is. It's a really good looking game, but there's just something missing. I really loved the two previous games, and was really looking forward to this (hell, it's why I was into buying my PS4 early), but it's just not doing it for me.

Re: inFAMOUS: Second Son
Anyone explain this paper trail thing to me? Ive got my PSN linked, did the first part where you go collect evidence and pictures, its uploaded to my account, Ive looked at the evidence, taken the two quizzes on the site and am clueless what to do next. The icon for it remains on my map but when I go there it just gives me the option to check the website, and it doesnt progress from here. Is there something I need to do now? Have I gotten as far as I can until they release more content for it? Im lost lol, any help would be appreciated.Comment

Re: inFAMOUS: Second Son
Just though looking at videos and screenshots, does anyone else actually playing the game find the visuals too... dark/muddy/murky? I don't know the right adjective for it, but that brownish look over everything isn't that aesthetically appealing. Seattle also looks a bit too small with forest right next to the Space Needle (or seemingly so, at least).
And what is that stuff on the top of the Space Needle in this game, anyway?Samsung PN60F8500 PDP / Anthem MRX 720 / Klipsch RC-62 II / Klipsch RF-82 II (x2) / Insignia NS-B2111 (x2) / SVS PC13-Ultra / SVS SB-2000 / Sony MDR-7506 Professional / Audio-Technica ATH-R70x / Sony PS3 & PS4 / DirecTV HR44-500 / DarbeeVision DVP-5000 / Panamax M5400-PM / Elgato HD60Comment

As for the space needle, its part of the story and will explain itself once you get to that point.Comment

Re: inFAMOUS: Second Son
I wasnt sure if there was something more I was supposed to do or if that was literally it, just take some pictures, synch it to my account and then be done with it. Hopefully they add to it soon then as I think it could be a fun side game or mission to play out.Comment

Re: inFAMOUS: Second Son
I started an Expert playthrough doing evil things this weekend. The expert difficulty does make it a little tougher but so far I just have to keep moving better and not go in guns-a-blazin' like on Normal. I'm about to do the boss fight on the bridge before going to the new area. I had some issues with that the first time, we'll see if I do better even on a harder difficulty. I like how on expert you can't see where the enemies are, that makes it more fun. I used those super moves using the down button a lot in my first playthrough, now that your multiplier to get them is timed it is a little tougher to always have one in stow.

Re: inFAMOUS: Second Son
Just finally beat the game and collected everything in the districts, finished as hero so will shelve it for a bit and eventually go back to it and play through it again on expert difficulty using evil. For those that have played and gone the evil route, is there enough of a difference in powers to make it seem different then just window dressing? Its always hard for me to play games more then once so if the powers are similar and I assume the story will play out nearly the same I might have to hold off on playing through it again for quite awhile then.
The paper trail stuff was well done, enjoyed it a lot. Is there a schedule as to when new parts will be released? I finished part 2 and am now in a holding pattern.Comment

I finished part 2 and am now in a holding pattern.I've only played enough to get to Seattle and to drain all the initial core relays to complete my first powerset. The added finishers are pretty cool, but the biggest difference so far has been in the story and how Delsin's character is motivated to go to Seattle. I completed my first playthrough with Good karma on Expert and I felt like the story and choices were written with that playthrough in mind. With that in mind when I started my inFamous playthrough I didn't really expect much to be different, but so far they have handled it very well and I've been impressed. This game's characters are done very well while the story itself is largely cliche and forgettable.Having played through Expert already on Good and with the additional power moves I feel like an even bigger super-powered badass so far.
