I was debating whether to preorder or not, but said to hell with it and have it downloading right now. After first entering the Final Fantasy universe with 7 and having played every single one since (other than the online ones, 11 and 14), I may as well keep it rolling with 15. Hopefully this ends up being good.

With this being my first foray into Final Fantasy (bought the FFX Remaster on PS4 but couldn't get into it), I pre ordered but went with a physical copy from Amazon for the Prime savings.

I'm definitely excited to play it, but I figure at least if it's a physical copy I have a fallback option to trade it in incase it's not my cup of tea.

But I'm done downloading the core game just have to get thru the 7 gig update

Wish I could play this tonight. But, I've been awake for 38 hours straight, I was just awake for 32 hours straight between Friday and Saturday. And as of currently 10:12pm, I am crashing hard and have to be up at 5am for work. So I'm gonna have to wait until the afternoon to finally dig into this baby. But at least it's all fully installed, just got the update and then I can dive back into my beloved world of Final Fantasy, and forget for a couple hours how much life sucks in this world.

My copy didn't arrive today as expected. Sometimes living in the sticks backfires. Hopefully start playing tomorrow, once the monster patch downloads.
