absolutely, it makes you think about every move you make......if you just go charging into a room or area (especially as a spy) youre probably a dead man......this game is already getting harder simply by the fact that people are learning the maps....its gonna get downright evil

I like being a merc more than a spy right about now. Its nothing better than laying a proximity mine right next to the NC4555(?) and watching them run in and combust into flames.

I've faced some tough spies. Guys whome have shot a spy bullet at me and listened to everything we said, guys who'll flashbang a place and run up behind you and snap your neck......speaking of snapping necks. Dammit, that kicks ***.

I still wish we could of at least played a 4 on 4 instead of 2 on 2. 4 ppl is not enough on some levels. But regardless of that gripe, SC is still the most innovative online experience I've ever played.

I still like that its only 2 on 2. Especially on large maps. Thats what give alot of the balance. It puts alot of pressure on mercs to cover a large area.

                  Absolutely.

Neither Splinter Cell or SC: Pandora Tomorrow is a first-person shooter. They are spy-stealth games with a first-person shooting component.

For those who never have played SC, think Metal Gear, not Unreal or Ghost Recon when thinking of SC or Pandora Tomorrow. Shooting is a component of the game, but it's not the whole game. This series requires a lot of thought and patience to do well, which I like.

                  Take care,

Well that is true. On that hospital map, I was having a horrile time covering the 500 spots that the spies can get to. THEN...I started to use my tools. The proximity mine works wonders on the level. And that spy trap helps you out on the stairways so you can find out where he is at before he gets to the NC. Its all a matter of how you strategize. The better you become, the better you can react quicker and get to a spot in a hearbeat. And the more tools you use, they more you can shut the spies down. Learning the map helps also but I've only played 3 maps so far.

anyone know if any of the single player levels are more freeform than the first 5 or so? While there's usually more than 1 way to do something, you basically have to go the same path...just wondering if they ever put you in a level that has a ton of ways to do things, if that makes sense. It's still a ton of fun the way it is, just wouldn't mind a level somewhat similar to what the multiplayer spy does.
