Seeing your clip made me realize I lost my bow somehow. Can I just buy another one?

once you own a weapon you always own it and don't need to pay for it at an outpost, just configure it how you want.

I recommend hunting a bit to at least have holster room for 2 'main' guns as well as a handgun/launcher.

I actually have it maxed out so I can carry 3 main's and a secondary.

The one thing I haven't touched is explosive ammo which I think you need to even carry an rpg. The bow is awesome though, I bought the better one and added a sight.

The game gives you enough money to have fun, like I'm even paying for gun paint jobs because it's not so scarce that you wouldn't want to do that.
in 2k for example I haven't bought 'extra's' like clothes in 3 years because there is no way I'd waste the precious VC.

Right now I"m rolling with the one handed grenade launcher, sig sub-machine gun, bow with sight and switching between tricked out assault rifle/shotgun/sniper.

The bow at least allows for stealth when you need it.

Anyone else do the mortar yet like I said??? it makes you feel POWER!!!! lol

Yeah, i need to hunt to hold more guns soon...need at least 2 mains, so i can have a good rifle and my bow....

Agree on the money too...I find I have to buy weapons or else my wallet is full. Nice to not have to micromanage it.

I had an bow and arrow from a mission - I didn't have enough room to carry more than one main weapon at a time when I got it, so I dropped it for an assault rifle during a fire fight. Since then I have max upgraded to be able to carry more than one main weapon, but I am not sure I see the bow in the selectable area where you can purchase/swap out weapons. Maybe I just overlooked it? I will have to look again tonight.

What is the mortar?

Bow is on the bottom of the list off the screen....keep hitting down on the weapons tab

The mortar can be found a few places around the map - you'll find it eventually. It's stationary just like the machine gun nests you'll find. I used one to hunt Bengal tigers once, and I was disappointment but also kind of impressed that when I skinned said tigers that I got "destroyed flesh" instead of the tiger skin.

Your opinion on mortars is much different when the enemy is firing them on you however, lol

As someone said its down below but I'm not sure using it briefly is enough I think u need to carry it to a vending location...

I walked into the bottom of a bell tower and was attacked and bit by a large green snake. Scared the hell out of me. I was dizzy from the poison for about 30 seconds after the bite.

I heard the rattling and wondered what that was...then i got bit lol.

This game rocks, the animals and enemies (the new hunter especially) make it more challenging....

Got everything opened up so I can do what I want....got more holsters and whatnot so I can more easily go around....Bell Towers are next to unlock better weapons!

I ABSOLUTELY HATE SNAKES!!! Looks like this is going back to Gamestop.
