I noticed whenever I start up a new game I have to reset my touchpad settings. Anybody else have this problem? I turned it off, but when starting up the weapon wheel comes up.

Same here. The touchpad drives me nuts. Had to reset it when I just started the game up.Comment

There was a patch, if you click the "options" button on your controller while sitting on the main PS4 screen with Far Cry 4 highlighted, you can then click on "update history" and see what the updates were. There was a whole list of stuff.Comment

Re: Far Cry 4
So,I picked this game up today....as I thoroughly enjoyed FC3,I was looking for that same "feeling" from this game.
And WOWam I impressed, the graphics are simply stunning, the gameplay is what I remembered (imo a great thing) and the overall immersion I felt with FC3 is definitely present here.
I do however have a question....are you guys building up both skill trees at the same time? or are you guys focusing on one at a time.People are for reviews if it backs their argument, and against them when they don't.“I believe the game is designed to reward the ones who hit the hardest – If you can’t take it, you shouldn’t play!” Jack Lambert“Quarterbacks should wear dresses.” Jack LambertComment

Re: Far Cry 4
I've managed to unlock all the available bell towers so far. My plan is to hit up all the outposts and take them over and then do any side missions and item collecting I can before I get bored and want to open up the North section.
I'm sitting at 15 hours with 31% done.
The map is freaking huge although considering the terrain you never get a good sense of how big it is until you take the Buzzer up and fly across the map. The gameplay and world are solid, but I miss Jason Brody and Vaas from FC3.

Re: Far Cry 4
I really like the map. I do miss the tropical setting with the larger bodies of water and small islands to explore, but the rocky terrain can be a challenge and can screw you over just as bad as a honey badger. Topple over a cliff, run into a dead-end, trying to reach an objective only to be met with a 90 degree cliff. They're really about even right now for me.
Ajay just feels like such an empty slate. In FC3 you would have Jason basically embracing your rampages through the jungles and your friends would convey that with worry and caution in their conversations. Jason himself would basically make psychopathic remarks and laugh in weird ways as he enjoyed the free reign of killing any and everything before him. It was a nice, but subtle character evolution. Ajay just appears and is recruited into a civil war without explaining or testing his dedication to the cause. The dude could be a spy for the Royal Army for all they know.
Vaas always felt like a threat to me. Sure, he was a charismatic pyscho, but he played a large role in the progression of the story. I always felt like Vaas was looming behind me just around some tree watching me work or about to step out of the jungle and knock me down. Pagan Min along with his entire army just feels like a faceless enemy that I feel less emotion in destroying than the leopard or tiger biting my heels. So far there's no human antagonist that I feel connected to to make the main missions urgent.
Its not something I would drag FC4 down with since the majority of the gameplay is romping through the mountains causing chaos and unsolicited murder, but it would be nice to get a sense of character.
