Off topic but just wanted to mention the Sony Golds headset sound AMAZING!!!

For anyone that has them and uses the companion app, once you load a game onto the headset memory do you have to upload every time you start the game? Thanks in advance

      Re: Bloodborne

I beat The One reborn Yesterday, it's a really weird looking boss, but it only took me 3 tries to beat it. I'm currently at Host of the Nightmare Boss. One thing i've gotta say, the enemy design in this game is on point, some of these enemies are actually kinda disturbing looking. I love it. I may not know as much about the demon souls/dark souls series, but one reason i wasn't really interested in the older games is that they all looked really bland and generic(seemed like you were a knight fighting dragons and skeleton type of enemies). This game has great atmosphere and enemy design so far.

Also, i like how when you get farther in the game

Nope, it stays until you remove it or change it to another. Also, when you upload an audio config, make sure your headset was plugged in.

I don't quite get this. The enemies in this game are basically the same as they were in the previous games. The beginning areas had 'hollowed' soldiers with their torches and basic movesets. They also had archers in place of gunmen. You also had the rats, dogs, pigs/boars and even rock throwing giants. Necromancers are also just like bell maidens.

The areas had an enemy theme such as the forbidden woods having snakes. Dark Souls had the valley of drakes just filled with tiny dragons.

There were some more types of enemies that don't have a similar comparison such as crystal golems, mushrooms, and sorcerors. No enemy can match running into a pit of skeleton wheels for the first time. Hell, nothing in this compares to entering Anor Londo for the first time and getting stuck on that damn bridge with the two archers with great bows. Once you finally got past that part, they decided to throw ornstein and smough at you.

            Re: Bloodborne

Took down the One Reborn first try tonight. I ran around like an idiot trying to avoid the fire from the bell maidens until I realized you can go up and kill them. That's when I noticed a spot to drop down and do a drop smash to the boss. Threw some bolt paper on the Holy Blade, and 3 or 4 drop smashes followed up by some charged R2 attacks later, he was down.

The real boss of that area is the group of three hunters before him. Screw those guys. I wound up running by them out of the room they were in, and luckily I was able to draw them out one at a time.

I'm not gonna miss the unseen village. Good riddance!

Made it to Father G. It lasted all of 15 seconds maybe? I just put the controller down after that beating lol

Like i said, i don't know as much about the series, i meant from what i've seen of the other games(watching my friends play them) the enemies in the other games seemed more generic looking to me.

Confused with how Chalice dungeons work? Just completed the first one and I collected 2 more chalice. Read the description of those Chalice but I'm still confused.

Seem like I can take a chalice out and out another one in it spot.

The enemy design in this game is fantastic - blown away at each new area I come across.

That said, the Forbidden Woods can **** right off. Place is terrifying

Jumped in and helped my buddy beat Martyr Logarius this morning. Man, that guy sucks. We downed him on the third try, but I couldn't imagine taking him down myself. I'll try, but I'll probably end up summoning someone as well.

It wasn't too bad once I figured out you can just follow the red lanterns basically down to the boss. There is a shortcut to get to the boss quicker that's easy to miss however.

But yeah, for the most part, screw that area.

I want to make an arcane hunter soon, but not sure how to go about it.

I need some better Blood gem. I'm currently using the ones that give me a 7.5% increase in physical attack and the red droplet blood gem.

Just defeated the Darkbeast on my second try. Could find a way to get to him since I defeated Rom. Now all that is left in the Unseen Village is to fight The Reborn One. Not sure how Ima defeat him, since he destroyed me the first time.

Also this weird glitched happen to me earlier. Got killed by this monster(the one made out of a bunch of human corpse) in the unseen village. When it killed me, it didn't go to the usual BloodBorne loading screen but just stayed at the death spot. The only thing I was able to do was just look around, it wouldn't even let me quit. I had to close application and I lost 45k echoes from doing it.
