What's the deal with these cards? You use them just like an amiibo? Thinking of grabbing wolf link too.

Yep, they're the amiibo without the figure. Hold the card to the reader, and it works just like a figure. I got all 17 Zelda amiibo for sub $30.

I just bought a 16 card set. I wonder which one I'm missing. It will be nice not having to deal with picking up each figure I have to Scan them. Having a stack of plastic cards seems much better.

Finally figured out how to consistently Perfect Guard (parry) the Guardian lasers with my shield last night.

Went on a Guardian hunting spree soon after to collect parts for weapons and upgrades, it was a nice feeling!

I've been using ancient shields. No timing required. I am on a Lyonel hunting spree though. Love their x3 bows.

They have 5x bows too! I'm still making my way around Hyrule killing the Hinox and Taluses, with the occasional Lynel. The Lynels with the big two handed clubs still give me a bit of troubles but I really like that weapon. Mine just broke so I need to be on the lookout for another.

X5 how's? Geez. The x3 takes a Hinox down in like 5 shots. I can't imagine x5.

Do you have an upgraded full Barbarian set? That makes those silver Lynels a little better. That armor gives you 50% more damage!

I don't. I just wear my Tunic of the Wind, etc. I like my retro looking zelda lol.

I reached the 5 flames Shrine and I'm pretty sure I know what I need to do but it's not working so it's got me wondering what I'm missing.

Edit. Wow. I watched 10 seconds of a video and I instantly saw what I missed. I can't believe I didn't try that.

Still can't believe I'm 2 months into this game and I am in no hurry to finish it combined with I don't want it to end.

ive stopped at 205 hrs and have only done 1 divine beast and like 108 shrines


just to much to explore


waiting on the first dlc which tracks where you've been your last 200 hrs so i can see where ive missed before continuing any further

I can't believe stuff like that is locked behind dlc. Having to pay to get hard mode and a map tracking function? That should not be a thing.

I'd normally agree with that, but the size and scope of the game, I feel $60 is a slap in the face of the developers. I'm not one to buy dlc for any game, but my wallets open for this one. I've gotten more than $80 worth of enjoyment.

I ventured into new places that I'd never seen again last night. Absolutely insane that as much as I've played, there are still places to find. I am having a hard time finding new shrines. I have 3 max stamina wheels and 14 hearts, 1 divine beast left. I don't know where I'm going to find the shrines to max out my hearts.
