Three Divine Beasts down, one to go. I'm going to try and finish that last one off next, and then it's time to go back and complete shrine and side quests.

I've also got the Captured Memories main quest to tackle, too. Is that pretty easy to get through, or have you guys not really messed with that one?

I've done like 6 of the memories. As easy as just going to a location and stepping on a beam of light. Some of them are in tougher areas though. Just a matter of dealing with finding them yourself or looking for help online.

I just finished my captured memories last night...now time to do side quests and shrines.

Can you get the amiibo outfits more than once? I just had a chest roll into a lake and I can't recover it. And with my luck that was probably a chest with an outfit piece.

I received the Shiek mask more than once. I never got a repeat on the other amiibo sets but I haven't really tried. I bet the game looks at your inventory and sees what you don't have because it never gave me a repeat when I was getting them.

Nah I kinda miss spoke. It was more or less a river. A really deep one along side a cliff.

Had a good amiibo scanning time last night. Got a few outfit pieces and the fierce diety sword.

Please put down the torches and pitchforks once I ask this question.

Is this game really worth it?
I bought Wind Waker for the Wii U and I got bored pretty quick.

If I didn't like that game, would I enjoy BotW?

I'm dying to try a new game and I'm kind of bored of all the latest titles.

A ton of people, including myself, consider this to be the greatest game of all time.

However, it is a Zelda, and if you don't like Zelda, this game may not be for you. Is Wind Waker the only Zelda game you haven't enjoyed? What about Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past, Link's Awakening, etc.?

If you have played and liked other Zelda games, then I would say go for it. If Wind Waker is your only foray into the series, I would recommend trying Breath of the Wild out on the off-chance that Wind Waker was an anomaly (and to see what all the fuss is about). If you have played more than one Zelda game and haven't liked them, I would recommend not purchasing Breath of the Wild. Because as amazing as Breath of the Wild is, it's a Zelda game. And if you don't like Zelda games, you probably won't like Breath of the Wild.

I loved the SNES game. Can't remember the name but you flipped between two worlds; light and dark?

I may have to give this a shot.

I would say this game appeals to almost everyone. It's Zelda, but in many ways, it's nothing like most Zelda games you've played or heard of. I'd only finished 2 Zelda games before picking this up (Link Between Worlds and Phantom Hourglass), so I'm far from a hardcore Zelda guy, and I LOVE this game!

You definitely won't find yourself getting bored with this. You can go where you want, when you want and do what you want. It's so much fun exploring and finding alternate routes to places you want to go next, or to get around enemies you may not be well-equipped to fight at the time.

I liked Ocarina of Time, but that is pretty much the only 3D Zelda game that I liked. I always found the controls and the camera panning very annoying. You don't get that in this new game, controls and camera panning work just like pretty much any other open-world adventure game. No game is going to be worth the price of a game plus brand new console in my opinion. But this game is really good and if Nintendo makes more games just as good as this it'll all work out in the end.
