    Re: FSW Impressions...

...just wanted to add something. I reported earlier that I thought I was near the end (you'll know what I mean when you get there), but I was wrong. I have played about 20 hours and am at about 1:20pm game time and I have until 6:00pm I think.

It's getting super hard but I am making progress. I'm guessing when done on Master Seargent the game will take about 30-35 hours in the campaign. Then add to that the extra goodies. Solid purchase for me! And I HOPE they add more via downloadable contect. Like I good book I don't want this one to end.

Plus you have the Army missions to complete as well, those aren't going to be a walk in the park either.

after playing it, I'm glad it's not a first person shooter. That's what I thought it was.

but it's just such a hassle to get used to aiming a gun around so this is great.

It's a little bit like a chess game.

Could everyone with FSW please answer this question for me?...Have any of you experienced the skipping of sound during commander dialogue in your game? My first copy had quite a bit of it so I exchanged it for another copy. My new copy doesn't have nearly as much, but it still happens at times. Any one else experience this? This usually envolves the commander cutting off in mid sentence and continuing on to the next thought. If not, then it may be my Xbox. I'm very curious about anyone else's experience. (the game is still great)
EA and 2k have the unfortunate task of trying to balance on a tightrope of fun and sim while trying not to fall 10,000 feet to their death. Instead of a safety net waiting down below there will just be angry customers quick to move out of the way and talk of their failure.
