Yeah, naturally I got rid of my gear about a month before this was announced. Just have the keyboard left, lol.

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
And that just sold me. That'll at least hold me over until the individual instruments come out next year. This just saved me another $65 I would have had to pay for the bundle. Thanks for finding that!!!Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
I am still thinking about if I am going to get this game or not. The thing is I already have so many games to play and I just hot NHL 16 yesterday and nba 2k comes out soon and I may get Mario maker to. I may want to see if I can get the game for around 30 come black Friday or something. I love the rock band games and I am glad to see a new one coming out. I have seen the list of music I am not sure what to think of the soundtrack though. I think rock band 2 had by far the best soundtrack. I don't really listen or know a lot about music. I like classic rock like 70's and 80's the most but I really only listen to music when I am in the car so there are a lot of songs I like but have no idea who they are done by lol.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
So I don't know if any one has seen this but this is by far the smallest I have seen a game this gen. The lowest I had heard before this gen was like 16 GB.

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
If annual threads in the Madden forum are any indication this will be the worst game ever then.
I've got like 3gb of DLC to download, I suppose that will help my family and friends salvage a couple hundred hours of fun from such a bad game.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
I think last time I checked on my PS3 (months ago), my RB game data was at something like 11GB.
Redownloading is going to be such a pain. With PSN's sometimes (usually?) crappy download speeds I'm not looking forward to it.

I will say the most "annoying" part (annoying in quotes because how annoyed can I really be with getting this all for free?) is that apparently I'm just going to get an email when it ships. I'll get it before launch, but there's no timeline yet on when it'll ship out or anything. I'm so used to using Amazon Prime and having info every step of the way that going to no info just feels weird.Last edited by SmashMan; 09-22-2015, 08:39 PM.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
You can pre-order the adapters to play old instruments for xbox one, on Amazon now.
And with the code RB4ADAPTER it will cost 10 bucks instead of 25. Haven't tried code yet but will update if it doesn't work
Edit: yup worked for me too. 10 bucks!

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
Xbox One digital preorder is also up.
Preorder bonus songs for that one are:- All That Remains – What If I Was Nothing
- BABYMETAL – Gimme Chocolate!!
- Earth, Wind & Fire – September
- Interpol – All the Rage Back Home
- Jefferson Starship – Jane
- Linkin Park – Rebellion (ft. Daron Malakian)
- Marilyn Manson – The Mephistopheles of Los Angeles
- Mastodon – High Road
- My Morning Jacket – One Big Holiday
- Pierce the Veil ft. Kellin Quinn – King for a Day
- “Weird Al” Yankovic – My Own Eyes
- The Wild Feathers – Backwoods Company
And as a reminder for anyone that missed it, I compiled all the preorder bonuses several pages back. All of these songs will be available as DLC later too, so clearly they have a ton of content to fill out their DLC schedule already.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
Hmm, likely try and do a digital preorder + band in box and then resell the physical copy or return it for trade-in.
That's the only option for anyone looking for a 2nd instrument early on too, but bundle and sell the game.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
So the DLC from the last gen games, have they said if they will be available to start downloading to our new systems before the game comes out, or if they will even be available right away?
Atlanta Braves - Auburn Tigers - Nashville Predators

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
Press release when the last disc songs were announced said over 1,500 songs in the music store at launch. A good amount.
They keep saying on Twitter that they're looking into letting people download that stuff early, but no concrete info. So that remains to be seen.Comment

Re: Rock Band 4 (PS4, XBOX One)
I guess Road Crew bundles shipped, so I should have mine sometime in the next few business days, depending where they ship from.
I'll say again though, for as cool as getting free stuff is the communication has been...underwhelming. Last Friday's acceptance email says they'd email back about shipping info. Tweet on Monday morning says addresses used when submitting application will be used for shipping (cool), and that fulfillment will follow up when bundles are ready to go. This doesn't happen - Rock Band just tweets yesterday that bundles are on their way. Not sure if that means they were shipped out yesterday or have already been in transit. Their Twitter kind of ignores these questions, but it's very likely that whoever runs the account doesn't know this info, so understandable on that end.
I really care more about the carrier than when it actually gets here. If it's UPS, I'm good. Dude rings the bell, knocks, even goes around back and sets a package there if he needs to. FedEx just leaves it at my doorstep, doesn't try alerting me, and heads off. That is obviously not the ideal scenario for a box of this size. So that's my main focus.
That's the last I'll say about it though because I've already mentioned it twice.
---
Anyone have any questions yet? Could make myself a little list of things to check out right away when I get the game.Last edited by SmashMan; 09-26-2015, 04:35 PM.Comment

EDIT: Nevermind. I saw the list was already released. Found it through Google.
