Like others have said, give it a little time. For pre-ordering Mad Max and MGSV, I already have the 1190 points pending and should be added within 15 days but can take up to 30 days. Sometimes, it takes a while for it to show as pending. I sometimes thought that I was going to lose points but thankfully, it's never happens. Some transactions just take longer to become pending but be patient, you'll get the points.

I'm new to this program, and its great, and I don't want to lose points. I should have $40 worth of certificates for when NBA 2k16 drops, so I'm paying what $11, including the $5 deposit to pre-order

Picked this up this afternoon. The best buy staff member said when pre-ordering to never pay more than 47.99 because the discount doesn't apply until you pick the games up. Also explained how to stack certain deals and coupons. Good stuff from him giving me some pointers.

I always just pay the 5.00 then the balance when I pick it up as I may get more certs by then etc..

I preorder online and pay the entire balance after I use gift cards and certificates. My most recent example would be preordering NBA 2k, FIFA & NHL for the glorious price of $57 and change. Can't beat it! Used to be all about GameStop until I heard about the BB Gamers Club.

I preorder online and pay the entire balance after I use gift cards and certificates. My most recent example would be preordering NBA 2k, FIFA & NHL for the glorious price of $57 and change. Can't beat it! Used to be all about GameStop until I heard about the BB Gamers Club.

Yea I think I will still buy used games from Gamestop as they have a much bigger collection of used games. But after Fallout 4 I am getting all of my new games at BB.

I agree. BB is quite over priced when it comes to uses games. However, any new releases are strictly bought from BB. Trade ins vary though. I'll go to BB for a few dollars less since it'll make a cheaper game even cheaper.

Not even the price it's the selection of what I can choose from. I went to BestBuy one day to use the buy 2 get 1 coupon. And there were probably 50 games total between the ps3 and 360. And I found three games I liked and the ****ing coupon didn't work...but whatevs, if I like the games I am cool with paying the full price.

In store only. Online charges you the full price of $47.99. However, you can pick up in store after you pay online.

All you should have to do is login with your My Best Buy account that's attached to your GCU.

I had problems getting it to activate as well. They sent me some card in the mail which I had to take to my local store and then it activated there with the help of customer support.

All you should have to do is login with your My Best Buy account that's attached to your GCU.

And make sure you add to cart as you won't see discount until then.
