Re: Red Dead Redemption 2
Is it safe to assume that this character Morgan, we play as, is a new character that hasn't appeared in any of the previous RDR series?
I also took from the trailer that he's still a bandit we'll be playing as.
Also, caught that dialogue that ehh and LambertandHam noted.
Whether its 1911, prior, or events after 1914 it's still to early to tell.
Oh, and it looks amazing.Comment

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2
SpoilerIn the trailer Dutch looks significantly younger than he did in RDR so it's got to be a good 15-20 years prior IMO.
I'm positive we'll see John and Abigail. Maybe Uncle. Hoping for Ricketts too.
My guess is we see John and Abigail meet for the first time. Maybe even see Jack born towards the end of the game.
Also, do I need to be spoilering this stuff? lol"You make your name in the regular season, and your fame in the postseason." - Clyde Frazier

Re: Red Dead Redemption 2
Absolutely can't wait for the single player. The multiplayer though? We'll see. If it turns into the microtransaction garbage that was GTAV, then I'll stick with the story. I truly hope the multiplayer is reminiscent of RDR, but I'm worried we'll end up seeing something along the lines of fire-breathing horses with a gatling gun mounted to its head, all for the low cost of $50 via the RDR equivalent of shark cards.
Either way, the game (judging by the trailer at least) looks to retain the charm of RDR at least in the single player department, so I'll be impatiently waiting for release.Comment

Red Dead Redemption 2
Wait a sec. I just thought of something. Gta online is such a grind because you got these luxury items that cost millions. They can’t really do that in red dead. They might have to make themselves look really dumb with pricing to ruin the online portion.
Or will there be luxury brothels, horse carriages etc that cost around 100 dollars but you earn .01 pennies every hour you play. Should he interesting to see what they do.
Honestly just wish they followed red deads model. Expand on it a bit and have paid dlc.Last edited by ricky24; 09-29-2017, 11:28 AM.Comment
