Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
Like others have said, it's completely open. I'd advise against going into an area more than a few points higher than your overall. Literally everything will kill you.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
Downloading Curse of the Pharos now. I enjoyed the Hidden Ones DLC but it was short. Pharos was a tad pricey at 20$ but it's like 15gb so it should be pretty meaty. It's been a minute since a game captured me so much that I jumped on the DLC so fast. Origins really is AC done right!Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
I'm 114+hrs into this game! I have the season pass, so Ive been enjoying the Hidden Ones and now Curse of the Pharoahs. Ubisoft completely nailed the AC experience with Origins! I would like to see more stories and adventures with Bayek.

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
The Curse of the Pharaohs is no joke. It is a new crafting material you have to acquire now in order to improve your armor and attack. Going to have to level up some more. I'm level 47 and BARELY beat the 1st boss. Pretty good size area for you to explore too.Comment

Man, I usually fly around with Sent to open up the map, this Map is HUGE! Wow!

Ok, Curse of the Pharoahs is Massive! I went into one of the Tombs in Valley of the Kings, which leads to the Afterlife and that map was massive! This DLC is absolutely bananas!

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
Yeah, I'm enjoying it. I tell you, that second Pharoah is hard as hell. And I'm playing on easy. The first was hard too, but that second is crazy. I just encountered a more grown up version of a character from the main game. I wasn't sold on the connection people were making but now it's pretty clear.Comment

Re: Assassin's Creed: Origins
These pharaoh bosses are hard as hell to beat. I beat 3 of them so far. I'm leveling up quite a bit to take on the 4th boss again. If you not good at dodging attacks, you won't stand a chance fighting these pharaohs. Oh yeah there are 2 bounty hunters roaming the map, both are level 55. Ran into one of them and died instantly as a level 52. Hell even the dual sword regular guards are DEADLY in this DLC. If you aren't careful they will chop you to death pretty fast. Kind of like they improved the AI fighting skills all around in this DLC. Guards aren't push overs anymore.Comment

I ran up on one earlier in the game as a 48. He crushed me. Later on, I encountered the same one as part of a mission. Well I'm a 51 now and have beaten two bosses (and playing on easy) so I figured I could handle him now. Nope. He beat me worse this time. Lol! After 3 tries I said screw it and ran.Comment

Assassin's Creed: Origins
So I left off at lvl 40. Pretty much just beat main game. Should I grab dlc and head in or level a bit?
Also pretty sure I sold all my silica on accident so I guess I won’t be getting that outfit you get after doing the stars thing. Kinda bummed.Last edited by ricky24; 03-15-2018, 07:06 PM.Comment
