Originally posted by CM1847I am really tempted to pick this up, for $100 you get:
-Gamecube system
-Mario Kart Double Dash
-Extra Controller(2 total)
Mario Kart is still selling for $50 and a controller is $25, that's $75 worth of extra stuff you get. Or you only pay $25 for the system, either way you look at it, it's an amazing deal.
I think it's worth the price alone for Mario Kart, plus I'd eventually get Zelda and that new Zelda coming next year looks sick. Might just be too tempting to pass up...
Just a quick quesiton though, are memory cards a MUST for the GC? Don't know hardly anything about the system, are the mem cards just extra for transporting saves(like xbox) or are the required to save anything(PS2)?

That 32 inch just made him the most popular guy on the floor. Now if only he could finagle a dish up there.... I want a PS2 but I can't find one. Maybe I should get a cube to accompany my boxLast edited by Slymm; 12-02-2004, 06:19 PM.Favorite Teams:

Beats the crap out of me and his father all the time. It is definately a fun game and the controls are easy to use. It is a game that you two could play head to head for a long time because it never gets old. Look into a Mario Party game as wellMario Kart Wii: 1203 9969 5095
