I agree, though. I've had my Station Pass (on my main SoE Account, at least) active for quite a few years now.

I wish they'd work on the camera controls in EQ, get them a little more traditional and what people expect from more modern mmos

EQ1?

If you're in first person view, you can just scroll the mouse back and then it acts like a traditional MMO (in terms of movement where right-mouse controls the camera and moves you.)

I learned that like a year ago and was mind-blown, since I had always used F9 to switch views.

I thought even in that view the characters controlled more like a motorboat, need the free look on right click or whatever too. Been a while so can't explain it well, it just needs to be a bit closer to what is in the newer games is all

I'm fairly excited for Wildstar after playing the beta weekend. I initially didnt like it (too many windows or pop-up tutorials). The art style has grown on me. I think it has the potential to stick for me.

Also, heres a look at the gear sets. I love the engineer and medic.

I'll be there, gonna give Engineer a go since Stalker (or at least the variant of it I was playing) didn't jive with me.

I also got FFXIV on PS4 to play, had to start a new character though. I don't think I could play my healer with a controller - at least not jumping into "end game" stuff with it. I could probably do it easily if I leveled up playing on the PS4 and getting used to the controls through the dungeon.

As a side note on WildStar, GMG sent out a voucher for 25% off.

This weekend (List of sites giving away keys , I got mine from ZAM).

Then Open Beta in between now and launch. This weekend is 7AM PST on Friday to 11:59PM PST Sunday, or something like that.

I probably will avoid it so it's still fresh when the launch happens. Engineer will be my tank and healing with a medic, just not sure which I want to level first.

I ended up getting GMG to give me a 20% voucher just 2 days ago, I would have thought the guy would realize that a 25% deal would be coming soon.

The rocket house is pretty cool looking for just pre-ordering the game

Which side do you plan on playing? I had a better time with the Exiles compared to my time on Dominion. I really wish the Mechari race was on the Exiles.
