Are they doing it like FF:Realm Reborn where console and PC gamers are on the same server?

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
It's very easy to pick up a lot of quests. I have so many right now to do even though I wasn't setting out to do many at the outset.
Graphically it isn't much to look at, but I wasn't expecting it to really. The world is huge with lots to do and the controls are pretty good.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Ugh. I apparently accidently stole something, and now I'm stuck in a loop where I can't do anything because guards keep attacking me and I have zero gold to pay a bounty.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Finally got out of it. Just did a bunch of quests outside of town. It really wasn't all that hard to do lvl 5 and 6 quests as a lvl 3. Got my dual wielding orc decked out in heavy armor now. And figured out how to stop accidently murdering people. Now just gotta figure out how to stop stealing.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Find the thieve's guild and pay off bounties there, and find the guild entrance in town. Early on especially theft is a good way to gear up, steal everything in the store, sell all the junk and clean anything you want to wear. If you get caught run and keep running, make for the guild entrance and go around corners as much as possible. You'll end up with decent gear (especially if you get lucky) and have a little extra coin in your pocket. It's not a long term solution, but especially fresh off the boat it works. Finally got out of it. Just did a bunch of quests outside of town. Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Definitely gonna pick this up at some point on x1. Big ES/Fallout fan, so this definitely has me interested, though I'm a little behind the times since I haven't even played Skyrim yet lol.
Think I might grab this and start playing Skyrim concurrently, which means I won't get anything accomplished in either since I don't have that kind of time.
Looks like I'll be running with the Ebonheart Pact.Comment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
What's the easiest way to get a bow? I'm in the first city and can't seem to find one. Not digging being a Wood Elf with heavy armor and a 2H swordComment

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
You should be able to find a merchant who sells weapons. If not look for a woodworker they sell bows too. I think I got my bows looking in sacks or completing a side quest.

Re: Elder Scrolls Online
Also a lot of people aren't aware that every starter weapon is in the tutorial area. You find the corpses lying around in the catacombs early on, and you can find a sword, shield, axe, bow, destruction staff, resto staff, mauls, battle axes, etc.
They're scattered on the ground next to corpses so they're easy to miss, but you shouldn't ever be lacking a specific weapon type prior to leaving the tutorial caves.Comment
