Originally posted by FootballForeverI'm filing for joint custody, I think I will be happy with that, I will be happy with my daughter a few days a week....Even though she was this way with me, she's a great mother, I always think a child should be with the mother anyway, but like I said i will be happy with joint custody.. I mean I asked here to leave because I did somthing bad to her...I don't blame here for hating my guts, but she should not do this with my daughter.Comment

I just hope you didn't do it at your home.... If she knows that, you are toast. The judge won't even hear everything she did when she left, all he'll hear is that you cheated on your g/f with another women in her bed.Comment

Re: what a freaking day....
You cheated on your lady, then asked her to get the hell out by the time you get home (knowing she has a child to be concerned with too) and you expect her to what, thank you, understand, clean and wash before she leaves? You said she destroyed your stuff, but left your HDTV and XBOX and took everything else- I'd be thankful she didn't toss those out the window and I would assume she didn't destroy the stuff she took with her. Perhaps, what you meant to say is she made a huge mess out of your home, and in my opinion you'd already done that by cheating on her and then giving her the one option of leaving. If you were worried about your ****, staying and helping pack and clean up the mess would have been better than tucking your tail and running. And the police would have been happy to assist. - Sounds like to me you need to practice thinking before you act. I am sorry to hear your relationship is ending - and not sorry for you, sorry for the innocent little girl that has to grow up and, as you so midly stated, learn from YOUR mistakes.Comment

Re: what a freaking day....
FF, I still feel sorry for ya man. But I gotta admit, hearing about what ya did does change things a bit. I hate to say this, but your just as much at fault as she is. You drew first blood by cheating on her, and then did it once again by sending her an ultimatum to get out of your home asap. It was only a matter of time before the backlash came back to you. Karma man, we all get burned by it. Like I said though, you main focus now should be your daughter. If joint custody is the anwser, then so be it. Hate and anger are very powerful emotions. They make us do some really crazy things sometimes. You may carry a lot of ill will toward this woman, but remember she is the mother of your child. Take this as a learning expierence. Peace my brother. How I wish, how I wish you were here. We're just two lost souls swimming in a fish bowl year after year. Running over the same old ground. What have we found? The same old fears. Amen.I feel bad for your wife and little girl. I doubt you will get joint custody unless your wife agrees. She can get full custody if she chooses and you will be paying child support. Dont expect her to be reasonable and nice after you did that to her.
