I bought some Greek-style yogurt for the first time yesterday. Man that stuff is tough to get down, def need to put it in a blender as part of a smoothie.

I think it tastes great. Chobani is my favorite brand.

5'9" 205, broad shoulders, have fat around the lower abdominals, and not so much above. I definitely would like to tone up and get stronger. For me I would prefer to get my weight down to 175-180, though my doctor believes 190 is good for my build.

It's not that bad if you mix it with fruit. If you get plain, it just tastes like a thicker version of regular yogurt. Take blueberries, blackberries or strawberries and cut them up with your spoon so the juices get out. Instant, flavored yogurt and it's healthy.

Mmmmm i love me some Greek yogurt. The fat content can be a bit high on some of them but it tastes great with fruit like EWRMETS mentioned or on my oatmeal.

Hey, any tips on how to get a diet started for a first-year student staying at a campus next year? I figured I'd start getting ready for a college-style diet. I'm already getting kind of fat (and the bad thing is that the fat first goes to my face so it sucks... but whatever) I'm trying to gain muscle mass and was wondering if you guys had any quick routines that you would suggest for me.

Perhaps quick-to-make meals... and how much cardio do you suggest I be running each week? Thanks.

Just get a meal plan and eat healthy at the dining hall. I'd imagine your dining hall will have a salad bar and healthy options.

Salad bar? Sounds like zero protein.

                          Question, what's better for push-ups, doing 100 straight, 2 sets of 50, or 5 sets of 20?

                          I currently do 200 pushups everyday, but I do 60, 50, 40, 30, 20. Is that ok, or should I just do 4 sets of 50?

                            How's everyone's workouts going?

I've had a great summer after slacking a little last semester. Making a much better effort to eat healthy and to eat a lot, which is making a big difference.

At the gym, I'm mixing up my workouts a lot more. I basically have 2 separate workouts for each muscle group, and I switch back and forth between the two. It's helping a lot, I've been adding more weight to most exercises pretty regularly. Also, putting more of an effort into my abs, lots of hanging leg raises and decline crunches with weights.

I've put on around 8-10 pounds this summer, with no noticeable added fat.

Only negative is cardio, I've tried to incorporate it more, but haven't stuck with it. I just don't like it. It hasn't really hurt me looks wise, but I'm sure it's not good for overall health.

                            How's everyone else doing?
