Yeah, I was never really that out of shape but after I graduated from college I started working in downtown Washington, D.C. and was living the life of a 50 year old business man. It's funny...overnight you go from a college kid playing intramural sports every week, going to the gym with your roommates, walking all day from class to class, exercising to BOOOM all of a sudden you're wearing a tie to work, you're taking the metro, you're sitting in an office all day, you leave home when it's dark...you get home when it's dark. The last thing u want to do is come home and go right back out to the gym.
I didnt have time for ANYTHING except for work. That was about 4 years ago. Nowadays I feel so much better and although I look the same when dressed, when I take my shirt off the difference is huge. Just tight and muscular everywhere. I felt "soft" before I started working out again. I've been lifting good for about a year now.
Yeah dude, that little extra layer of fat has to go away eventually, you'd think. I have a 4-pack but the bottom layer of "fat" makes it so that I cant see my lower most abs very much. The area still looks tight and flat but it's not "RIPPED" if u see what im saying.
For whomever asked...Back when I was trying to get big I was going to GNC and buying Muscletech's CELLTECH and Muscletech's NITROTECH. Nitrotech is a protein shake type thingy and CELLTECH is creatine. They both work better than any supplements I ever bought in my life. But again, depending on your body type you gotta make sure you do some cardio. I wasnt doing any cardio and like I said, all the weight I put on wasnt muscle. I just felt too big after a while and decided to stop. I dropped 15-20lbs in like 2 months buy simply cutting the shakes out of my diet. I stopped lifting as well. The Muscletech products at GNC are very expensive and many people badmouth their products for that reason alone. If you want to spend a little extra cash on something you KNOW is gonna work then go for it. I used to tell ppl i was taking the Cell/Nitro and people used to say "wow thats expensive" or "you're wasting your money....you should buy this instead".
