Re: Chronic Technology Buyer Support Group
My brother just ordered the Sony XBR-3 46" Bravia........but the Best Buys around the area are sold out (according to the one he ordered at), so we won't get it until the 20th of February. That is, of course, we track one down from another Best Buy and pick it up from there.....Comment

Re: Chronic Technology Buyer Support Group
To be honest, I think it could actually work man. Tell her that you were talking to me about my PSP, and I mentioned that my wife (made up) loves it as well, and I recently bought her a PS3 for the integration capabilities.
Also, pick up a chick flick BluRay movie and tell her that you wanted it so you all could enjoy some more quality time together.
The Mrs agreed the PS3 would be a nice addition to our house and good for her photos
She did kind of sour my line by smiling and adding "you mean, it's for YOU".
Anyway...the choice is mine to get one or not. I have the 'green light'

Re: Chronic Technology Buyer Support Group
I am looking forward to joining this group, just got a promotion to salary at work although I have to do alot more work the money is double what i was making. I am moving out of my buddies condo in June probably and the only way i'm taking a roommate is if my current roommate is moving in with me, I really kind of want to live alone but I'll figure that out.
But the guy who owns the condo has the big HDTV so I'll definately be buying one of those, I'll also be buying a computer (a laptop probably), I recently bought a 24" LCD but it broke during the ND-USC game, and a 19" LCD HD ready TV/DVD combo.
I have 9 360 games 2 were free, one of my roommates has a friend that works on the Tom Clancy games so we got GRAW and Double Agent for free when he visited. Plus I have gotten really good credit at Blockbuster so I rarely pay cash for games.Comment

Ok, I know nothing about stereo systems. Say I have a 360, ps3 and then my motorola cable box. Is the digital the same as optical? Does this have enough connections for me?PS4: aBayBates

Re: Chronic Technology Buyer Support Group
Not sure I understand your question fully but the 360 only has an optical digital cord my motorola has an optical as well so I just switch those cords back and fourth with my reciever.-JoshComment
