Re: Official Dog Thread
Ruben...sven's dog is a Siberian Husky. That's a freakin' cute one, there.
I too, have a Siberian Husky. His name is Drago and is about 8 months old now. That's funny that I have one named Drago and he has one named Apollo.

Re: Official Dog Thread
I have a Jack Russell, got him when I was in 4th or 5th grade and he's now 13 I think. They have a ton of energy, he's calmed down now, but the first 10 or so years they need a lot of exercise. They have to get out every day otherwise they'll drive you crazy, my dad used to take him for 5 or 6 mile runs and that was usually enough to keep him quiet for the day. Their fun dogs though, always ready to play, very gentle, except for little nips when he was real young he's never ever bit anyone. Great with kids, my brother was in kindergarten maybe when we got him and there was never ever any issues with the dog being to aggressive or anything. Not exactly a dog you can take to the park though, always needed to be on a leash or a tie out otherwise he'd take off like a shot, their ridiculously fast, and then we'd have to run around the neighborhood hunting him down. We never really tried to train him for that kind of thing though, we always had a pretty long tie out so he had plenty of room to run around. Although he went through atleast a half dozen of them, always had to buy the heaviest duty ones we could find and he'd still chew through them or just snap it once a year or so.
I couldn't imagine growing up without him, if you have room for it to run around and can get it a solid half hour of exercise a day their amazing but they do need a lot of attention and their definitely not a city dog.Comment

LOL, Biscuit is putting a witch's spell on you in that pic fishpa. My dog wasn't in a costume last year, just a shirt and some frilly collar. She looks just as amused as your pup:

Re: Official Dog Thread
I have a new agility video of my dog Miley from this weekend. We've been doing this agility thing for about 7 months now and we'll enter our first trial in April. She does real good, it's just me that messes her up from time to time on courses. Anyway, here's the most recent vid of her (if you like the Ramones, turn on the sound). This course was way harder than anything we've done before, it's actually two class levels higher than what we are, but we made it through pretty good. Here's the youtube vid:

Thanks for looking!
