Even if it was humanly possible to acquire such information, I doubt the "helpful" AT&T reps would point me in the right direction without a minimum of 6 hours jumping through hoops and refusing "special offers". I wish I would've done like king suggested and had my friend just say I wanted to cancel, although with my luck they would've said "cool, done, *click*" and my modem would've exploded on the spot, like it was set up with some evil inspector gadget mechanism.

Yeah, it's just that social media has made it incredibly easy for people to share their stupidity with the rest of the world.

Man, Tosh.0 bugs the **** out of me. I find the guy pretty funny, but the videos aren't for me. When my random South Park episode ends and the Tosh *disclaimer* begins, I hit the back button ASAP to get back to whatever Seinfeld episode is airing on TBS

When characters in TV shows and movies do the Batman "vanishes into thin air when you look away from him for a second" shtick. Its ok for a guy like Batman because thats his gimmick, but when characters based in more realistic worlds do it, it comes off as tacky to me.

BUFFALO, NY – A 15-year-old boy has died after participating in a game that is circulating on the popular social network FaceBook. James Shores was burned to death after his entire body was engulfed in flames.

The #FireChallenge involves covering your body with an accelerant and setting yourself on fire. One’s friends will then video the act and share it on the internet. The imbecilic act is supposed to elicit laughter as onlookers and internet viewers watch the reaction from the party who is on fire.

Shores doused himself with alcohol and was set ablaze by his friends. Those who participate in this “game,” usually do so inside of the shower in case the fire spreads. In Shores case, he was not near the shower or any other water source. His friends battled unsuccessfully to put the fire out, and he later died from his injuries.

Police are warning participators about the dangers of this act and have urged the public to stop sharing the videos.

Police Commissioner James Daniels spoke with News-Two saying, “We are deeply saddened by this tragedy and offer our condolences to the family. It is paramount that the public stop sharing these videos. The people who participate in this so-called “game” do so for the notoriety and short-lived fame they receive on the internet. Taking away this fame could deter others from making the same mistake.”

FaceBook is doing their part by deleting all #FireChallege videos off of their website.

This Redskins/Broncos Madden Moment is grinding the hell out of my gears right now. I firmly believe it's the only one that's impossible. I've tried it at least 30 times. In Madden, you cannot score 18 points in 2 minutes and 20 seconds.

Background: My girlfriend's birthday is less than two weeks after mine. They're both coming up in August.

She asked me what I want, and after I told her, I asked what SHE wanted. Her response? "Nothing." I am taking her to dinner and a movie (her picks), which will cost me ~40 bucks, but I also want to get her at least ONE present. I don't want to look like the bad guy and not get her anything.
