    I don't know about "trendy".
    BOGO has been around forever.
....and it would have to be raised by 100% to be paying full price for 2....
Supermarkets use BOGO the most I would say....and you're likely getting a deal.

People removing me from Facebook who I would have preferred to keep in touch with. Maybe they're just cleaning house with people they haven't talked to in over a year, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't stay connected given everything we had done together in the past and might like to see how they do in their futures.

It kind of irks me to no end, really. Sorry I was too busy having a full life to always drop in, people. You know I'd obviously love to do that but can't always.

People actually remove others from facebook? Cause from what I see, seems like everyone I know just keeps adding person after person and probably have people they haven't spoken to since before they even added them on facebook several years ago. Cause apparently to some people, number of facebook friends they have is an important number lol.

Though I've always considered doing that rule lol. The "If I haven't spoken to you in real life or on facebook in 2+ years,I'm removing you". Cause I always try my best to keep up with the people I want to on facebook, even if it's just very small things like wishing them a happy birthday or something.

That's the thing man, I don't get it. I don't think I've ever removed somebody from Facebook, it takes too much energy. I don't even know how to. I'm sure it's easy, but I've never actually done it so I've never actually tried it. Just like making my profile private... never tried it, so I don't know how to do it.

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

I pared my FB "friends" list down from over 500 to 125. Got tired of the drama. Most people I don't really know, or at the very least, wanted nothing to do with me when I knew them in school. I think FB has destroyed the concept of "friend" - I wish they would just give options: close friend / acquaintance / co-worker / church attender / follower / classmate - stuff like this. I get tired of the people who feel the need to put tons of stupid poster-stuff on their wall (ie. the damn minion stuff that is now the rage). Honestly, I hate FB... I've really thought about just deleting my account, but my family lives far away so it allows me to keep in touch with them. And the people I have left on my list, I still like hearing from about 70% of them... I've become more of a Twitter guy...

Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

^they do give options like close friends, family, classmates and so on.......I use it alot. My main feed is filled with posts from professional pages like news, sports ect, but i use smart lists to keep up with specific sections. Like if i wanna see whats up with family,i could do so easily by clicking on the family tab.

Twitter i like more for social updates like whats trending in the world and so on.

And blzer, making profile private isnt so hard, especially with the "view as" option so you can see how the public/specific friends sees your profile. My account is fairly private. Basically only if you know people i know can you really even find me on facebook. Did that so if someone tries adding me,i know its cause we for sure have mutual friend(s). Only time that didnt work out so well was when i had some family trying to add me but couldn't find me. Cause we didnt have mutual friends atm. Luckily next time i saw them i made sure we got to add each other

I removed half of my "friends" sometime last year. It was nice since I didn't care about most of them.

The story itself is legitimate and there is no doubt in my mind that Jenner has made this road easier to navigate for some other individuals struggling with similar, lifelong issues. So that's certainly a good byproduct.

As far as the circus that came along with it goes... I just think that I've seen most everything in recent years ultimately turned into a "bull**** three ring circus sideshow of freaks"* as the media milks every last drop. And it is annoying.

lol really? Family members are supposed to be the exception in the list of "If I haven't spoken to you in ____ years,I should remove you from facebook" stuff lol. There's some family members I got who I haven't even said a single thing to since I added them(except those generic happy birthday messages) lol. I'd never remove them even if we don't chat. It's diff for a friend though, cause for friends,if you haven't spoken in years, you prob won't again. For family, you can not speak for years, and then just out of the blue just start up a conversation and most likely be able to chat about stuff.

^lol, ya. Like I said before, the unfollow on news feed part of facebook is nice cause then you can still be friends with people without having to read what they post.

Awkward moment on facebook when...You send someone a friend request and they don't accept it(but don't decline it either), yet not too long after that, you see on your feed that they were one of the people who liked one of your mutual friends statuses....

People actually ignore friend requests lol. I could understand not accepting cause you don't know who it is(I've had people add me before, and they lived in same city as some people I know, but weren't friends,so I didn't reject them right away, just waited to see who they were at first/if they had any connection with people I knew), but just flat out ignoring it and leaving that request unanswered....I'll never understand some people.

If you hate someone then sure, why accept them, but I'm sure you wouldn't actually just not act on that request right? If you don't like someone, you'd decline their request or something.

If it's someone who does know you and you have mutual friends with, and have no bad blood or anything, don't see why people wouldn't accept it....

People can only use the "I never saw it" reasoning for so long. Facebook, twitter and stuff are trying to make it easier and easier that you can keep up with all the notifications/requests/messages you receive. In "old days" it was the whole "your message must have been sent to my junk folder" excuse, today it's the "your message must have been marked as a read notification but I never read it" lol.
