Speaking of that, that's one thing about streaming services I hate. You don't often have "deleted scenes/extended cuts" of movies, just regular length ones.

Maybe companies still want people to get DVDs? Would be nice having those little extra things added in to streaming services.

I know Disney somewhat has extras like extended cuts, but not too often.

They do this on Peacock with The Office and it's pretty awesome. They add deleted and sometimes never-before-seen scenes to the episodes and post them as "Superfan" editions. It's usually just an extra 5-10 minutes overall, but that's a lot of time for extra jokes.

Downside: they take six months between season uploads so at this rate they won't all be up for another year and a half, but I guess that's how they keep me on the hook.

It's going to be annoying paying for Peacock in a few months though. Not on price but principle. I pay them enough already, I think they can afford to keep giving me access to the $5 tier.

        Slab leaks.

Had one in my master bathroom last year, now I have one in my half bathroom. Ugh.

I remember now. It was Creed. Forget the channel. FX maybe, or TNT?

Honestly when they went to $5 they really started cheaping out on EVERYTHING, and now the prices are up and it's still the same quality. So double whammy on that. Better off getting a sandwich at any decent quality supermarket.

I think I posted about Subway no longer offering roast beef the day I found out, which was probably a month or so after they discontinued it. I believe this was back in 2020.

Since then, I have ventured to other sandwich shops, even after they returned roast beef. They already lost me at that point. On a whim I tried their Monster a few months ago, didn't like it much, and haven't gone back.

One Subway venture in three years, plus now ridiculous prices compared to their competition? People wonder why I made that McDonald's thread that one time when I similarly fell out of any semblance of loyalty with them. Little moves can go a long way when there are alternative options.

Their loss when they **** with their customers.

Subway has to find some way to continue paying for Barkley, Curry, Jeter, etc.

Subway just full of grinding my gears, I never have gotten over them discontinuing honeyoat bread, and now, to make it worse, they're bread has gotten smaller. I mean, it's still 6'' & 12'' as far as I know but the girth, it's definitely thinner. hey, I gotta have my girth

Honey oat was the other one, correct. You may have mentioned it at the time I mentioned roast beef. I had that for a while for sure. Did they ever bring it back?

And honestly, the more I started venturing out to other sandwich places, the more I realized Subway kind of just tasted like... air.

In the last visits I did have before seeing roast beef was gone, I was actually going for breakfast anyway. I forget the meal itself, but I would get eggs on flatbread, or whatever it's called. I think now there are just better places out there, especially if you can support a gem of a local deli.

When I was a kid I remember Subway bread being an impressive thing. Then again I also thought Denny's was awesome, so.

Funny thing, my old neighbour used to be the guy who'd call the cops when people would be parking infront of his house. Nobody who knew him would ever dare park infront.

We used to think he was just the "old man yells at clouds", which he was at times, but over time his mindset has made a lot more sense to me.

It's illegal to park overnight or for extended hours, but I never see people get tickets for that. But if I were to do that for a few hours during the day if people are coming over and driveway space is needed, that'll be the one time they actually ticket cars.
