Anyway though, when something you've had and depended on for so long breaks on you. My laptop finally kicked the bucket and now I'm legit depressed about it. Another one is an old hair band that I had finally snapping on me. Idk why but I was really hurt by that stupid thing snapping lol.

I bought a TV last fall a solid 39" for my apartment. I left there for some of the summer, but when I went back up for my bday I grabbed it so I could play PS3 when home. I didn't situate it right or something in my truck and part of the seat must have hit it and broke it.

I was so pissed about having to buy a new one not even a year later, had to get a smaller 32" cause I didn't have enough $$ to replace my old one.

This reminded me of a Blue Mountain State episode where the mascot (Haven't watched the show enough to remember names) sends a picture of his junk, from below so his face is in the picture, to everyone in his contacts every morning. Just waiting for some girl to respond. Haha

I love my niece and she's really cool, but she's been right under my feet all day.

We have painted, made fake cupcakes, played grocery store. Now I just want to play some NCAA in peace and can't do it..

This is why I don't need kids anytime soon.

Teach her how to play NCAA. Then you always have a morale booster around when you need it. That's why you need kids around ASAP.

Look, I get it that it's your kid. And I get it that you're sucked into this world of just the kid, and get to see first-hand the amazing growth of your child, but your kid is not special for doing things other kids can do.

When Dylan (or Dylin, Dylyn, Dlan) starts figuring out Calculus by age 4, we can talk but if you spell your kid's name Dylyn, I'm gonna ask if you ever learned to read.

I actually never had any interest in making an account in the first place, but cracked under the pressure of two of my co-workers. They were female, and kept saying "Oh come on just join it's great you can see what everyone's up to and a good way to communicate."

So I made one, and ended up with a bunch of spammy messages, and the feeds would just fill up with "So and so's wedding, or baby shower is in 3 days" and they were people that I didn't even know personally. So it ended up being more of a nuisance than anything so I got rid of it.

I enjoy FB because its a good form of communication between some people I know, stalk some pictures, occasionally something funny or important from someone I know, and there's a group that my cohort made that is pretty valuable because it helps me remember dates on assignments or how to do something.

Every time someone brags about their kids I flash back to a Jeff Foxworthy quote: My mom thinks my new daughter is exceptionally bright, because now she will lie on the floor and talk to the ceiling fan. I said, "Mom, Uncle Harold does that and y'all call him an alcoholic."

I HATE that Colorado Tech University commercial

"we're the students of CTU, and if you're asking if we think the world revolves around us, no, but it certainly knows we're here"

I would have told the parent that's nothing special. Every kid in Asia can do trigonometry in the womb. But, seriously, I know exactly what your talking about, you can see that the parent already has this mindset that her baby is better then anyone else's. It's annoying.

Slightly OT but, I know a girl that named her son Carter after guess who, Lil Lameass Wayne. Gears are grinding just think about it.
