I think the play by play in the sports threads are starting to get on my nerves as well. I don't have a problem in the world about people referencing plays, being excited and talking about certain plays, or making statements about the score of a game at half or something, but I hate scrolling and getting a play by play of everything going on in a game.

If I cared that much and I could access OS to see that, I could just as easily get my updates from a website or my phone.

More power to people, but It's just a gear grinder..

Going back to that baseball post I made, why do people have to update me on that stuff knowing that I don't like the sport and don't follow it at all?

Why do people insist on doing that?

I've tried my best to like baseball and even adopted the Rays as my "favorite" team, but I just can't follow a sport that plays that many games..

I get why they do it and there are typically some tight races for playoff spots, when the season comes to a close. I still can't get into watching it.



I still enjoy playing baseball.
