Ugh. Dominos. Soldiers really do have it rough.

Funny (and sad, from my perspective) story about Dominos. I was at Pendleton, and there's a Domino's right next to School of Infantry. On their weekends off, that place is slammed.

My buddy (he was a rank above me) worked there nights / weekends. On a Friday/Saturday/Sunday he could pull in more in tips than his 2-week paycheck that he got from the Marine Corps.

There were rumors floating around that that Domino's did the most business out of any US Domino's but that could easily just be a base myth like so many other things. I wish I could verify that though, but I don't have an issue believing it. If you try to call on a weekend, you'd be on hold for at least an hour and a half waiting to place an order.

Nah. Just thankful for my metabolism that allows me to stay fit with minimal work put in.

Also, I normally eat quite healthy. Candy is a rarity for me, the only thing I do that I will admit to is drink WAY too much pop.

I eat about 100x healther now that I'm out of the military as well. Living in the barracks there it is literally like... "TODAY ENDS IN Y! IT'S DOMINO'S PIZZA NIGHT!"

It's hilariously hard to eat healthy while you're in the military.

I find it funny how AFN commercials and the command fitness rep's always say to eat the food's labeled in the "green" at the base dining facilities and stay away from the unhealthy foods labeled in the "red." And most meals, EVERY ENTREE THEY SERVE IS IN THE RED! And then every base has fast food joints on them, and chinese and pizza restaurants located just outside out of the gates.

had ths one happen to me again this morning....
when you get a coffee and muffin at Dunkin Donuts. Price is around $3.60??
give them $4.00. And they think they get to keep the .40 cents.
I was waiting for my change for a good 10 seconds at the window.

if someone did that to me this is exactly what i would do. ME: oh and here's another 50 dollars, "takes out 50 dollars if he has it ", " looks at the guys eyes light up in joy and then politely ask for my 50 dollars and 40 cents back and walks out with a big sarcastic smile on face "

Commercials on youtube that you can't skip, especially when the clip you're trying to watch is shorter then the damn commercial.

I have it, doesn't do anything for video ads.

But if you say it does maybe it's a filter problem for me. It's never blocked them for me in the past. I'll mess with it.
