It's a phrase that I've heard in sports often. Obviously it doesn't mean he's being audibly loud; that's why it's in quotes.

It means he has too many moving parts in his throwing motion and he needs to simplify it. The simpler your motion the easier it will be to replicate perfectly 600 times a season.

I know what it's referring to, what's annoying is that they make up a buzzword/phrase instead of just saying "he moves his upper body too much".

When the drive-thru guy at McD's doesn't know how to count.

My total came out to $4.41.

I looked and saw I had $.16, so I gave the guy $5.16.

He looks and goes "It's 41 cents"

I reply back, I know, I gave you $5.16, so I can get 3 quarters back.

"Yes, but it's 41 cents, you only gave me........ 16 cents."

I didn't say a word, as I was pretty amazed by the stupidity for just a bacon egg and cheese sandwich.

Finally, after realizing that I'm not saying another word, he punches it in the register.

The MACHINE automatically dispenses the change for him. All he has to do is grab it and give it to me.

Instead, he grabs an extra nickel, and says, "here's your change 80 cents."

What the hell did I just witness.

I gotta give the guy a break because I didn't know people did stuff like that before I worked a register.

I've never had someone round it out to .75 cents, though. But yeah, all he had to do was punch it in and it shows you change amount.

I've always just broke my dollars and threw the change in a jar or my car. It's like winning the lottery!

Was he supposed to assume that you wanted 3 quarters back?

I mean, that's pretty random. Most people give change so they can get dollar bills back...not coins.

He should've thrown 4 dimes and 6 nickels and 5 pennies back at you laughing while you tried to pick them up off your car floor.

Even worse is when two people are arguing, one interrupts, and the original speaker gets all loud and obnoxious "Excuse me I'm still talking thank you! Excuse me I'm still talking thank you!" and just repeats whatever "filler" line they were using until the other person shuts up. It's like people think the loudest person wins the argument by default, regardless of the dialogue.
