Seriously I find myself always being the only one honking.

I will typically wait about 5 or 6 seconds.

I was third in line the other day at a 4-way intersection with a green light for left turns. I waited 5 seconds at least. I didn't hesitate in beeping. Its there for communication. Sometimes you have to communicate to the other drivers that they're morons.

Usually if they're late on the go, I'm already screwed on making the light so I just take the loss. I probably use my horn most to let people know they cut me off/pulled out late. I don't mind if they get on the gas immediately but don't pull out in front of me and take your time getting up to speed... you wanna be all daring but then drive like a bitch, that doesn't add up to me.

My horn is pretty manly too so I try to use it only when necessary. Maybe if I had a little baby horn I'd use it more. I often make fun of my brother's Kia Rio for it's very lady-like beep.

I give zero ****s. If someone is late I honk the horn. Gotta keep it movin'.

I remember one time when I was little and in the car with my parents we were sitting at a red light and this person in front of us just sat there for 2 or 3 cycles and my dad finally got out of our car and went up to the other car to see what was going on. No idea what the problem was and this was the mid 80s so there were no cell phones yet.

I'd be terrified if someone got out of their car and walked up to me in the middle of the road, but then again I wouldn't sit through several cycles of a stop light either.

I've only approached another vehicle 1 time in my life and that was at a drive thru ATM to ask if they had a pen I could borrow.

I've let this one cook for a few days to see how much it actually bothers me, and I still find it very annoying.

When sports announcers/reporters over-exaggerate the same used up lines to try to be funny.

Ex. Showing a highlight of a home run and saying "I still don't think that ball has landed" when the video clearly shows someone catch it or pick it up after it lands.

Or the day after the game saying "I'm receiving word that the Royals have just stolen another base". No they haven't, that game has been over for AT LEAST 12 hours.

There's obviously so many other kinds of phones/tablets out there, so for someone who doesn't ever want an iphone/ipad(though I got other phone/tablet), I don't like how Iphone is the go to name for a smartphone and Ipad is the go to name for a tablet.

Oh come on, that's humor. It's not for everyone but it's fine. And a day later when the game is still a relevant sports news item is perfectly fine. Also, think if you're a fan of that team winning a big game, you're likely still on a high over the big win, the next day all jokes are acceptable. Whenever I see a Giancarlo Stanton monster home run I talk about it all week.

Especially cuz it's so dated and somewhat unnecessary these days. Then again, I wonder how a traditional sitcom would sound without the laugh track, maybe its needed? Lastly I do appreciate a show like Tosh.0 that purposely uses the laugh track for comedic effect. Like hearing the laugh is part of hearing joke.

Just remember, there's a solid chance that every single person you hear on a laugh track is most likely dead. Because most of them were recorded in the 50s and 60s.
