Re: You know what really grinds my gears?

Overly health conscious people. Nothing wrong with wanting to be real healthy, but seems like some people are so strict about it all. Not even talking about gym rats or anything, just regular people in general. Never wanting to even touch anything unhealthy. No burgers, slushies, salt in foods, cheese products, packaged or processed foods, regular milk, non gluten free or whole wheat things(specifically bread) or anything like that.

Obviously it's bad to be eating things like that often, but it's not like I'm suggesting to people to go to McDonalds and Dairy Queen every single day or week. It's just so hard to feed those types of people. I went on a road trip recently with some people who are like that. You're on the road for hours, and you expect to just suddenly find a place in the middle of nowhere that serves healthy things? It's middle of summer and you're in a car for a few hours, lighten up and have a slushie on the road.

I'm not an overly health conscious person, but I'm not unhealthy either. And I still have "unhealthy things" a few times a week. Haven't been to a McDonalds in years, and even then,i rarely went before to begin with. Despite not going crazy on gluten free, whole wheat, fat free types of things, my BMI is in the low 20s and I don't got any kind of problems. I'd consider that being healthy. At some point, you have to just stop being obsessed with things like that and just live your life.

NASCAR for the win. I haven't paid for concessions at the track in ages and even those were half-priced burgers after the race was over and they were just trying to sell whatever they could. I wish more places would do like NASCAR tracks and the Texas Rangers. I'd pay a few more dollars in a ticket price to avoid paying $10+ for a "meal" at a game.

That's why I'm cheap and eat fast food before the game.

It's ridiculous how much money they charge for some things. One game I went to, a bottle of water was $5....

Go to the grocery, you get an entire case of water(24 pack) for like $6. Or just fill up a bottle at home using a filter, and pay 1 cent or something for that amount of water you use.

Yeah, though I don't drink, I had tweeted to complain about the high concession prices using the hashtag #HeinzField and when I tapped the hashtag to see other tweets using it one was a guy complaining about the price of beer.

There's been Yankee games in the past that I got cheap tickets off stubub, and literally spent more on one beer than the ticket to the game.

I pregame as much as a I can before games unless its the "Lemonade! Lemonade! Just like what Grandma made" guy in Phoenix because I love that guy and will buy whatever he's selling. Also kettle corn, i can't pass it without getting a huge bag.

Also on the way to Dback games, there's this amazing mexican spot called Carolinas before you get to the park and you're allowed to bring in outside food in.

Cleveland has an outfield standing room ticket for $13 and you get a beer included... like half of a regular beer. At least they give you a credit towards a full price beer, but don't tell me I'm getting a beer when it's not your regular serving.

Forgive me, I've never played poker. But why don't they take American players seriously?
