Didn't think of that to be a think. I'll make a conscious effort to do that every time out now.

This must've been mentioned already in this thread, but I have to co-sign how it grinds my gears to see 1 out of every 3 drivers or so (not really an exaggeration at all) looking down at their phones/laps constantly while driving. I really don't know how half the cars in the city aren't involved in accidents each day, but somehow people get by apparently.

I always see people complain about people's driving but never see people say they suck at driving. Maybe we all suck.

More and more states are making it law under distracted driving. Texas did it most recently.

The problem is it's very difficult to enforce

There are a lot of microwaves out there with an inconsistent idea on how the power level feature works, or some are completely "broken" to begin with... and I don't find out until after I return and see my food has been nuked.

Actually we can post retirees on street corners everywhere (as our population continues to get drastically older, we'll have more coverage) and give them a big, red button to push if they ever see a driver without hands at 10 & 2 and eyes alertly watching the road. Sort of like the "neighborhood watch" meets 1984 on steroids. Totally a workable solution, lol. Just imagine the levels and levels of bureaucray and tax revenue/fines this could generate!

maybe we could just have all the older population drive us everywhere, if they're the ones who know so much about safe driving

Ordering something online at a huge clearance discount, only to get an email 2 days later saying my order was cancelled because they don't have anymore

When you're about to drive into a section that turns into a single lane due to road construction on the opposite side of the street, and someone comes speeding over and passes you and the other cars in front of you just to get in before everyone else.
