Basically, in my warped mind, if I pay immediately when my internet bill is up, the next months bill will come a few days sooner, and I'll end up paying 13 payments a year instead of 12, just because the bastards duped me into paying early and snuck in a way to scam me

I wait until they warn me the bill is due before paying, as if I'm keeping my eye out on them

I am. I'm so furious I hardly got any sleep last night. After I got the explanation (which is nutty in itself, and I can see online all the transactions that transpired), several people are going to be fired. I even got a call from a regional VP, and I hadn't even escalated the situation that high yet.

When a VP makes a call without being prompted by the customer, you know it's bad.

It boils down to carelessness, incompetence, and a laissez faire attitude when it comes to handling money and essentially people's lives. I already had a CPA (who happens to be my dad) tell me the tax penalties I'll be facing, the possible laws broken, and penalties to be faced by the bank. I already left a message with a lawyer to contact me about my situation.

Surely the bank will pay those fees? I imagine they have zero ground to stand on in court without any approval documents from you.

Question would be what additional reparations you'd expect?

                        Spring cleaning.

The end result is great, but the actual cleaning sucks, especially for someone like me who hates unorganized messes (as opposed to my room which I like to call an "organized mess" lol).

The one good tip at least during the pandemic is that I have the time to clean, so it's easier to section things off. Its not like "I must clean it all by the end of the day". I can leave some stuff for another day or week.

Another food gear grinder, companies that advertise something yet you gotta read the fine print/ingredients anyways to see they're leaving out details.

Allergens for example, let's say you have a peanut allergy. The product might be listed as being nut free, but then the fine print in the back says it was produced in a facility that contains nuts. So it still isn't guaranteed to be nut free afterall. If I had a peanut allergy, I'd definitely be staying away from that as a precaution.

Kind of obvious here, but no sugar added doesn't mean sugar free. But I can get how people get misled about it.

And then ones that mention being meat free, except it has seafood in it, or beef or chicken stock. Again, if someone doesn't eat meat, is a vegetable or meat free version that still contains a meat ingredient really gonna appeal to them?

Somewhat similar about music streaming stuff too. Sometimes I'll see some songs get removed, but that artist still has a few other albums up. So why randomly remove 1 or 2 albums when you're not completely off the service?

And shows only having a small amount of episodes up does suck too. Does it cost more to air every season vs just one or something? I've seen shows where only s1 gets uploaded, but it's like why didnt they just upload s2-4 as well, especially on already ended series.

I'll add on to your music gear grinder in that I have a music playlist of 450 songs or so and growing. Stuff I like to listen to, shuffle, etc.

I'll randomly scroll through the list sometimes and find a video taken down, song gone and I'm not going to remember say song #30 I added months ago.

If it wasn't for the song still showing up but greyed out, I'd probably forget I had it in my playlist too.

But then once it eventually returns, it's great. I had some songs from MVP baseball 2005 in my baseball playlist, one song was never on anymore, but they eventually added it back. Given how popular it was, surprised it took them so long.
