And then he'd probably send a message back to WDog's girlfriend, telling her about the message. I would not follow that advice, as you'll look even worse when she finds out.

If you want to know that badly, ask her face to face, or use a story to pry it out of her. Don't go behind her back, that's low class.

That's true too. I've heard some stories about those tactics working though. It was a girl doing it though. To make a long story short the facebook thing happened, she (the other girl he was seeing) called his phone which he accidently left at his girlfriend's house and she found out what was up.

Let me add a few more minor details real quick.

I never have a real idea about her relationship with her ex.
One day, they are going out to lunch to catch up.
The next day, he texts her in front of me and she says how much she cant stand him.
Then later on all of a sudden they are friends again.
And just recently, she talked about how she cant stand him

I get so many mixed signals from her about him that I do not know what to expect. I think I should just confront her first off about their friendship or whatever they call it, and If i feel she is hiding something, to bring up the facebook ordeal.

Double 8's, i do like your idea of bringing up my ex to somehow get her to mention something, so i may do something like that
