    Being in love

Just a question, I'm still in high school, and was wondering when all of you guys first fell in love? How do you know if you're in love or not? Tips for a youngster...

    Re: Being in love

It depends on how u define inlove, but that's a bigger question than life... most people say that if u think about her all the time and can't wait for seeing her - u're in love. I always had a girl that I was in love with. In the kindergarten, in elementary school, in junior high and the biggest crash in high school. None of them ever get to know me or me them, so it was being in love from distance...I had my first girlfirend when I was 1 month before 23 (CRAZY, I know) and we've been together for 5.5 years! GOD WHAT A WASTE!!!
Anyway, I'm married and I mad about my wife and she's the best thing ever happened to me!
As for tips, all I can say is be with some1 who u feel good with, never stay if it's not good, no matter how hard it may be.

For me it was senior year of high school. I don't really count the times before that that things didn't progress far/if at all. It was more when I had the feeling that everything was better with her, movies were better, games were better, just everything. We could talk for hours all the time, we really knew eachother. We're still together over 2.5 years later.

Yeah see I'm pretty sure I am now, but the fact that I'm 16 really psyches me out kind of. I've been with her for just over 6 months, but I've never been happier and I still get those butterflies (yes corny) when I'm with her. Just sitting there doing nothing is more fun than anything to me, and we seem so perfect together.

                  Re: Being in love

My first love was my senior year of high school, she was pretty much my first everything. We dated for about 4 years before things just fell apart, we nearly got back together in 2001 after I finished college but at the time there was another girl I was really interested in and had to pursue and see what if anything was there. That girl and I will be married 6 years this August.

With my wife I knew after our first date that she was the last girl I was ever going to be with.

I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

                        Re: Being in love

I realized it just a few weeks into my freshman year of college. I had dated the girl since January of my senior year of High School. We went to HS together. Then I left for college.

No success story here, though, unfortunately. After nearly two years together (got about halfway through my sophomore year of college), she ended our long distance relationship because she's ungrateful and insane.

I don't think you can define it though. You just know. And you especially know when it's gone... but I don't suggest goign to that level to find out.

                              Re: Being in love

I'm now 21 and have had four relationships in my life.

For me, the saying that "you will always forever your first" is true. Boy, did I keep on coming back for more.

It was an excellent relationship. I stepped up from being an introvert and now can proudly say is a people person. (Thanks to her.)

Then it got rough. Maybe because she's quite popular, that's why I had troubles with men. I think she got bored after some 8 months and we broke off.

The next two are irrelevant for me.

My current one... Well I'd say I was in love with her... I don't know guys... I had to wait for like almost a year before she said her yes and it was cool but now after 1 year and 2 months I'm not feeling it anymore. Talks are getting serious and I want to have a baby too as early as possible because my dad's not getting any younger but still... its pretty boring nowadays...

I'm just in love with my gym work right now.
