I was able to get 2 six packs of Hopslam a week ago. It's hard to find down here.

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
So, I just had my first legal beer at Public Brewing House in Rolla. I must say, it was great. Luckily I had the opportunity and common sense to learn something about beer before today.
That's a roast beef sandwich.Comment

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
It is good and I had to double check but it's unfortunate because Fat Heads doesn't mass produce their beers.
It can only be found in area's around here and Cleveland.Comment

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
Does Great Lakes make an IPA? I've never seen one.
I like most of their stuff and would be interested to try an IPA from them.Comment

Re: Another Great Tasting Beer Thread
They have one that is a year-round brew and three seasonal IPAs this year:
1- Commodore Perry - year round brew. Very much an "entry level" IPA. I give it a C-.
2- Alchemy Hour - new seasonal. Very original, not bad at all. Grade: B.
3- Rye of the Tiger - new seasonal. Very bitter (which I like) and incredibly dry (which I don't). Grade: B-.
4- Lake Erie Monster - third year as a seasonal. Extremely awesome in all regards. Grade: A!Comment
