I will be drinking a few Red Dogs tonight. And you may be asking, "hey sportsdude, didn't they stop making Red Dog like over a decade ago?" My answer to that is it doesn't taste that old, or bad, and only costs $6.50 for a 12-pack a the local corner store. It may very well be from 1995, I don't know, I'm not a scientist.

When I say it doesn't taste bad I mean it's tolerable, not as bad as Natty Ice or anything like that. Closer to Bud Light really.

Would I love to be sippin on some tasty microbrews instead? Of course. But having bought SF IV and pre-ordered Halo Wars last week that is unfortunately a luxury I cannot afford right now.

              Odd...

Still, a muddled orange in a pint of Blue Moon is awesome, and a muddled lime in Rising Moon is the ****!

Brings me back to college and Coors Lab. Not many know that Molson Coors brews Blue Moon, save the folks that went to Coors Lab. We'd go, sit through the tour, and **** Coors or Coors Light. It's Blue Moon and Killian's all the way for the three free pours...three/four times a week, LOL.

Was never big on the whole...putting fruit in my beer thing. It could be a college thing as it isn't very convenient to have slices of limes or oranges in my backpack with the beer, though.

Agreed. Slice of orange makes Blue Moon such a treat.

Blue Moon is near the top of my list.

A couple years ago, I was in summer school and my roommate and I decided to have beer tasting every day... we each bought a different six pack every day... Loved the experience of trying out all of those different beers.

I should get back to that.
Yeah, Sunset Wheat...AKA..."Fruity pebbles in a bottle" it's not a bad beer really...especially in the summer. if ya dig Leinenkugel, check out their Fireside Nut Brown Ale...

That was perhaps one of the strangest beers I've ever drank. First sip tasted like alcoholic maple syrup.

Nothing classier than a Blue Moon in a nice glass with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.

To each is his own but I'm a bit surprised by the Blue Moon love fest. it's just not very beer-like in the traditional sense it's like a cider beer i just think it's in a totally different category.

Same, straight from the tap or bottle for me with nothing extra. I'm still in love with this 1554 by New Belgium. I need to go to the warehouse on a weekend when I'm not busy so I can look around at a slow pace
