She likely gets hundreds of messages. One thing I never did was message them while they were offline as it gets lost in the shuffle. If you feel lame messaging her twice in a row one thing I would do something is just visit their page while they were online. Then it shows you visit and it will remind them. It never hurts to try. Either she remembers and finds your conversation or you never speak to her again and you're back where you were.Comment

I signed up for Match 5 months ago and have had absolutely no luck. I had a couple of responses when I first started but ever since I moved up to a bigger city, I have had one response (I thought bigger city would mean more responses). No responses since May, I've probably messaged a good 50 people in that time so I don't think I'm being too picky. I make all my messages personal to their profile and mention something about them but nothing. I have a few pictures on there but I don't normally take pictures so I don't have too many to pick from.

It's tough with messages because women get so many.
The other issue is how Match handles things. I found it infuriating. They don't tell you who is a member. So most of the women you are messaging aren't exactly ignoring you, they simply can't reply.

Get off Match and get on OkCupid and PoF. Having to pay for Match = less users. Although as other as have pointed out below me if someone is paying they are probably more serious about the whole thing. I only had I think four pictures up and am not the sexiest person in the world. Just have pictures of you doing something active and one normal posed pictures. No selfies... Heck one of mine I had one of those horse mask on and you couldn't even see my face. I think my profile pic was me driving a jet ski.

I understand that, I just usually see that about an hour later, all of my messages were read with no responses. Even if they get a lot of messages, they're getting through them relatively quickly. Need some opinions from you fine gentlemen.
The last week and a half I have been talking to this one girl I met on POF. We talked on POF for about 3 days then exchanged phone numbers. We've been texting each other ever since then. This morning I got a message from another girl on POF and we've been chatting the last few hours.
Here's the dilemma. If talks with this second girl go the same way as the first, how and what would you do in my situation when you're actively talking with two women? I haven't meet the first in person yet but we have exchanged numbers and I feel the same may happen with second.
